PVC Hard Skin Board is becoming the substitution of wood
in many fields such as AD and Decoration. It made through foaming and pressing
into shape with additives. The main material is PVC.
So it covers not only features of wood & plastic, but also very light and can be printed, engraved easily

2. Product Characters
High efficient, high transparent, non-toxic lubricant has certain compatibility with PVC;
To help reduce the melt viscosity of PVC products.
The course of processing transparent PVC and with the characteristics of longer plasticizing rheological time, higher temperature resistance and oxidation resistance in high temperature (185~230℃) zone, our lubricant can contribute to improve the transparency and luminance of products and then improving the plasticizing temperature and performance of all kinds of materials);
Can be used for a long time continually and no precipitation exist, which can help customers to reduce the energy consumption but to increase producing efficiency.
Be same as the Henkel Company LoxiolG70S in Germany, our PVC outer lubricant has a very good performance when equipped with the inter lubricant in our factory.

- Q: Titanium sheet, lets say thickness 250 microns (0,010''), and size 3.5 x 2.5. How far could it bend so when you release it it goes back to its original shape (without any shape change or damage)? Could it act same as/close to a (plastic) playing card? Shuffle, bend half of the card when you are looking at it while its laying on the table?
