Please help :): yes it is possible. I know people who have done that. But I suggest getting it done at once because it will hurt less in the long run. Getting your cartilage done hurts for about 2 weeks and then get the top part done that is another 2 weeks. So to get it done together it will only hurt for 2 weeks in instead of 4.

As for pain, it is very personal, but it can be very painful for some people. I have had over 15 piercings done, and would rate this one as painful because of how long it takes to heal. They take many months, often as much as 6 months to a year, and are very very sensitive for a long time. It will take a while before accidental bashes don't hurt, or you can sleep on it safely. Be prepared to wait it out. But take heart- mine took a year to heal, but now, I can mash the bar around and such and there is no pain.
