Q:Ok, so I'm training right now for basketball and I was wondering how can I improve my jumping ability drastically without having to buy any gym machinery? I do have 2 10 lb dumbbells and 1 15 dumbbell. Like name all of the exercises and reps of it I should do and start off with.
