Q: What kind of steel used for tower crane ?
A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.
Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?
A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

- Q: A lot of condos and hotels are being build in hawaii, and each time i drive pass them i wonder how they are assembled.Since each individual piece looks heavy/sturdy and is 45 stories+ high, how do construction workers put them together. Do they assemble it by hand? Or are smaller cranes needed to do the job? Or possibly a different way i didn't mention?

- No hint as to what type or size of crane, so I assume it is a large overhead traveling bridge crane inside an industrial building: Consult the manufacturer for recommendations. Change its power source to something cleaner (from diesel to propane or electric). Properly lubricate and adjust all moving parts. Turn power off when idle. Schedule heavy usage during hours of low demand of electric utility power. Replace motor with a more efficient new one. Replace entire crane with a new efficient one. Replace the large capacity one with one or more smaller units.

- The easy answer is that the applied torque is the cross product of the radial arm and the force, or in this case T = 811*17*cos(13.5). The hard (it's actually not that hard) answer will depend on the design and material properties of the crane. Since the problem asks for max torque, I'd find the bending stress due to the moment found above (T = 811*17*cos(13.5)) where bending stress = Ty/I. Next, compare this to the yield stress of the crane's material and an appropriate failure criterion.
- Q: I'm not scared of spiders anymore. If I see one than I can kill it easily, but when I see a daddy long legs crane fly, I freak out! Those things are hugeeee. - This is a selective entomophobia. Basically, you don't fear many insects or spiders, but specific ones trigger your anxiety. Your problem is not the bugs or spiders,(they are harmless) but your fear. This is something 'you' nurture by dwelling on this fear when you see one of these particular critters. I'm glad to hear you no longer fear spiders. you will see the same when you overcome your selective fear. You may even come to realize that the spiders and insects you do fear,are totally harmless, and you may reach a point where you can just ignore these. True, the crane fly is totally harmless and do not bite, sting, or inflict any form of hazard to humans. They can be a nuisance buzzing around your face,as they can be persistent. Adolescent years seem to be when phobias are the most prevalent, but also the easiest time to overcome fears. If you can learn to control your fear, rather than let it control you, you will overcome this. you also need to refrain from dwelling on your fear,as this will only make it worse. Last year, one of my favorite pass times was sitting on the porch watching the sunset. a little orb weaver would come from behind the light and spin her fancy web. Often, I would catch a crane fly that was bothering me and toss it into her web.

- make sure you find something that isn't trapped by anything else in the pit.. line up the crane one the front, then move over to the side and line it up... these machines used to be a lot easier 20 years ago, but now the arm doesn't apply much pressure.. it has to be lined up just right or you will never get anything...
