Q: I heard this snippet of classical music which I can't find now. I've heard it before in movies going back a long, long time so it is quite old I think. I evokes a dark and disturbing image of an army of automatons marching, or maybe a factory with heavy machines with giant piston punching out parts along a never ending conveyer. I think it is cello's, if that helps at all -- I don't have an ear for classical music. I think the announcer said something about tchaikovsky or romeo and juliet but I could be wrong, this doesn't sound romantic in the least, just the opposite; cold and impersonal.

Q: In marvel comics why does machinery explode when (shadow cat) phases through it?
Shadowcat's ability to phase through matter comes from the fact that her phasing power works by letting her atoms pass through the spaces between the atoms of another object. Because her atoms and the object's atoms never touch, she achieves the ability to quantum tunnel herself through that object. However, even though her atoms never touch, they do disrupt the electron field of other atoms. For machines, this causes the electron flow to destabilize, which in turn causes the machine to malfunction or explode.

Q: Dry ice feels like its dry when you hold it. It gives off what looks like a steam from the dryness.
I hope that you have never held dry ice in your bare hand! Dry ice is frozen CO2. At room temperature it boils and thus creates a steam. Unlike water steam, CO2 steam is at a much lower temperature thus not scalding you.
Q: food additive , chemicals , machinery. hp:84916314647
What exactly are you trying to find out? Can you give us a bit more information?
Q: A certain piece of machinery was purchased 5 yr ago by Garland Mills for $470,000. Its present resale value is $280,000. Assuming that the machine's resale value decreases exponentially, what will it be 3 yr from now? $___________.thanks
decreases exponentially: A_t = A_0 e^(kt) A_0 = original value A_t = value at time t t = time elapsed from original value k = coefficient of growth/decay (or something like that) e = 2.718... using time, your original value, and current value, find k. from there, find A_t three more years down the road. units don't matter as long as they're consistent. and, your answer should make sense according to the context; i.e. less than $280000. hope this helps
Q: Does anyone know how to import used machinery from the States to Mexico?
google freight forwarders, there are many in San Antonio and San Diego
