Q: I'll be lying in bed watching T.V my kitten, Addie will come over lay on top of me and start purring and she will nibble or start to eating my blanketIs it something I should be worried about? When she does it I don't stop her it's been going on for a while now(The blanket she's nibbling at is really soft but I don't know the name of the fabric)
The best is to smoke them for about 6 hours You can mimic the slow cooking of a smoker in a very low ovenI have a cheap water smoker that I useI find that boiling them makes them tough When I have boiled them it was just a par-boil where I finished them on the grill Just boiled ribs would be awful.
Q: Does anybody know the specification of ceramic fiber composite material?
You can distinguish ceramic fiber paper and ceramic fiber cloth from the following aspects: 1、Appearance. Ceramic fiber cloth is obviously full of lattice while ceramic fiber paper is quite fewer or even no lattice. 2、Density. The density of ceramic fiber paper is bigger than that of ceramic fiber cloth. 3、Thickness. The thickest ceramic fiber paper can be 0.5mm, but ceramic fiber cloth cannot be so thin, and the thinnest is only 2mm. 4、Standing upright. Ceramic fiber paper can be standing up once placed on mold, just like A4 paper in our life. However, ceramic fiber cloth is very soft and cannot be standing up, just like the cloth we often use in our life. 6、Tear-up resistance. Ceramic fiber paper is not as hard as ceramic fiber cloth. B、Ceramic fiber paper and cloth are refractory and thermal insulation material.
Q: Okay, so i have a yellow lab who is about 6 or 7 now and whenever it rains (especially) thunders she will scratch at the carpet outside my bedroom door or my sisters doorGranted we used to bring her inside when she was little and when we lived out in the country where the storms almost always got really bad, had a few tornadoesI would like to know how to keep her from doing it and get her to stop, because one day i came home and she had scratched down past the fibers of the carpet outside my door, and she sees me leave for work everyday.
Water bottles and plastics can also be recycledShampoo bottles, cleaning bottlesand such I think that is great you are getting into recyclingIf we all do a little bit it would make a HUGE difference!
Q: This is actually a two part question.I have a walkup attic that will eventually be finished when I get the timeCurrently inside the attic there is insulation on the floor joists but nothing along the roof raftersEssentially it's a triangle with insulation only at the bottomAnyways the roof rafter measurement is a 2x6 spaced 16 on centerThe highest r value I can find that will fit is R19Now I know it should have a higher r value but that will not allow me to finish it offDo you think r 19 would be better than nothing or should I not even bother and save my moneyBlown in is currently not an option.Second question: I have ridge and soffit ventsI know I need to use baffles, however the salesman at Lowes told me I only need them at the top of the rafters where the vent is and just one on each side where the soffit is and not the entire length of insulationIs this true? The rafters are about 14 feet in length where the baffle measures at about 4 feet.
Hello Fraz You already asked this question in different wording and I answered itI stress again: Do NOT fill the space between the roof rafters completely with insulationThere MUST be air flow between the roof boards and teh insulationIf there is no air flow, moisture will build up in the insualtion and cause the roof rafters to rot and also could cause moldBoth will end up costing more money than you would ever wish to spend and create a health and safety problem as wellMy answer: You MUST leave a space between the insulation and the roof fro cross ventilation Do NOT cover the ridge vent or completely fill in the space between the rafters There should be vents in the soffitThe air must be able to flow from the oiffit vents to the ridge vents This cross ventillation also helps to keep the roof a little cooler in the summer which will extend the life of your roofing material Without this space, the insulation will eventually become moist and loose its insulation value and will contribute to other problems such as wood rot and mold You can nail 1 X 2 strapping to the roof raftersNail flat against the roof rafters and tight to the roof boardsThis will give you a 1 1/2 inches space from the roof boards to the lower edger of the 1 X 2 strapping Place house wrap across the roof rafters by stapling it to the 1 X 2 strapping edgeThe house wrap can wrap around the roof rafters or you can cut it in strips so it fits between the roof raftersFill the remaining space with the proper size of insulationIf there is 3 1/2 inches from the edge of the 1 X 2 to the inside edge of the roof rfter, use insulation batts that are 3 1/2 inches; no thicker, no thinnerYou want the space fill completely without pushing the house wrap into the rir space.
Q: Is there a way to build memory back after near death lead poisoning?
i think the ceramic one is supposed to be better for your hair and not fry it as bad
Q: I'm trying to do one of those cute cupcake bear thingsMaybe it's just too hard of a project for someone who's never crocheted before?
theres certain shampoos and conditioners you can buy at a local drugstore ( expCvs ) that are for straightn ur hairrAlso there is diff creams u can put in ur hair before u blow dry itNo matter how many producs u use if u straightn ur hair everyday it will dry outttAlso try a conditioning treatment once a weekYou do this by applying conditioner to ur hair and put it up in a bun and leave it for 30 minsss
Q: Can a blow dryer damage hair as much as a iron curly/straightener can?
If you are talking about the crankcase vent tube, it goes from side of the engine to the air filter box.
Q: What’s the use of ceramic fiber resistance furnace?
It’s widely applied to all sorts of industrial furnaces, steel ladles, foundry ladles, submerged nozzle high temperature thermal insulation materials, electric and thermal insulation materials of industrial furnaces, furnace doors, sealing materials of furnace body’s expansion joints, liners of cast aluminum models, demoulding of glass ceramics and hot-melt glass, high temperature sealing gaskets, thermal and electrical insulation materials of heating equipment, mufflers and exhaust pipes of motors, etc.
Q: I'm planning ahead for my first winter with my ArabI'm familiar with blanketing guidelines for drafts and QH's but I'm wondering if Arabs need to be blanketed at higher temperatures than other breedsI'm not showing her this winter so he fur can grow naturallyWe travel through the southeast so the winter ranges from 15 degrees on a really cold day all the way to the mid 60'sIf any one has an Arab in the south I would love to know what your winter routine is.
I have two arab mares and I live in the NorthThe temp varies from as low as -30F to +40FI never blanket either one of themThey do not get coldThey get really good, dense (but not long) furWhen it's warm, they flatten their coats down and are nice and coolWhen it's cold, they fluff them up like sheep and stay toasty warmAs long as your horse will not be left out in wet windy conditions, which soak the fur, she will be fine without a blanketHorses are not house pets; they're like deer or cowsThey don't need blanketsThe only reason to blanket is to prevent fur growth for showingThey'll be healthier if you let them get furry and don't blanket, as they can regulate their own temperature, while a blanket may keep them TOO warm.
