Q: Need to figure out what our max budget needs to be for new carpet for about 900 sf.: I you were to walk into my carpet store you would see that prices fall anywhere between $3sf up to 10$ for most pieces. I would say the average installed price with a good quality pad and lifetime installation warranty would be around $5-$6.

Deleted Answer: i like blond carpet. blond carpet is easy to step on, step over and leaves a really cool stain when bodily fluid is spilled on it. blond carpet is easily replaced when dirty and past its useful life. blond carpet frames the room in such that it does an amazing job at highlighting pictures, especially those subject that are pink and a little puckered. blond carpet is crazy and i mean crazy. blond carpet is irrational (note this is when you need to replace the blond carpet with fresh blond carpet). red carpet is awesome, more rare and definitely hot (tempered)!!! Q: my daughter knocked the iron of the ironing board and has burnt the carpet. the colour of the carpet is a biscuit colour . please can any one help any ideas ?????: if u have carpet in a closet then u can take a small piece from there where in won't be noticed and try to put in in the area that is damaged.....maybe use a liquid nail type glue which is found in the painting section of the hardware store

Q: are there any home made recipes i can use for removing stains out of the carpet?thanks.: when you're trying to remove a spot, you need to subtract, not add. vaccuum the carpet when it's dry. then use a damp white towel. If this isn't doing much, you can go to non-ammonia windex or rubbing alchohol. avoid any other detergents or over-the counter spot removers, as they can set spots in or cause bleaching(and yes, oxi- labeled cleaners can do that too). some spots are permanent, but if you avoid harsh chemicals, a pro will at least have a fighting chance. Using the harsh chemicals can eliminate that chance.
