- The link to the photo doesn't work. However from what you're describing I'd hook the whole mess up to a truck or tractor and start pulling. You'll get some of it down, and if need be hook it up to the next area and pull again. Once you get all of the fencing pulled out you can take a mower in there and mow down all the vines and rubbish. A truck or tractor also makes pulling fence posts fast easy work. Don't forget to wear gloves around the poison ivy and good luck.
