- Depends what you'll be using it for. If gaming, the phenom ii x4 965 will suffice, but all processors listed will bottleneck you if you run multi GPU setups and will need to be heavily overclocked to reach it's fullest potential. I'd get an i5 2500k which is the best gaming chip out right now and will handle any setup fine with no bottlenecking, especially since it can be overclocked to potentially 5ghz. I'd rather get that then wait for bulldozer, no way is it going to be that much better than intel's sandy bridge CPUs which are already amazing, at the same price point.

- Q: I'm no fan boy but it has been proven Intel is better than AMD. But what is Intel doing that AMD can't? Intel has alot of money but AMD can't hire smart enough engineers to design better CPU's? We saw that Bulldozer was a complete failure and no better than the Phenom's. How could they release a processor knowing before everyone else it wasn't any better than their last line of processors? I don't get it. Is AMD just lazy?
- Intel CPUs are better than AMD CPUs because I currently have an Intel CPU (i5 2500K); just like AMD graphics cards are better than NVIDIA graphics cards; because I currently have an AMD graphics card (Radeon HD 5870). On a serious note, Intel CPUs have a much better architecture in general than the AMD chips, which is usually why they are faster and more efficient. AMD is often better value for money though, but the i3 2100 is a seriously good little dual-core gamer for just ?89, so sometimes Intel do also represent outstanding value for money.

Or would that be over doing it? I want to get a good pre workout and I also want creatine. So if the pre workout contains some creatine does that mean i should not take any creatine itself/with protein shake after workign out ? OR is that okay ? Im confused . Can someone PLEASE inform me on how or what to do ?? THANKS MUCH!!!! OH and I workout five days a week for about hour in half. 5'9 180 lbs if that helps any.
- Go ahead and do it. I generally use 2-3 grams of creatine pre workout and 5 grams post. There's minimal creatine in pre-workouts anyway
