Mains Parts of Building Hoist
1.The steel structure for example the mast, tie in and cabin ,could be all spay-painted and hot galvanized. Mast section is made with high quality Q345B which is the top standared in China.
2.Electrical parts are all adopted with Schneider , Siemens and other famous brands.
3.The electrical system can be selected with the normal control method and VVVF+PLC control way. Inverter we selected is from Schneider. Yaskawa or other world renowned brand.
4.Cabin exit door select ramping type. The ramping door looks like a bridge between the construction hoist and construction building.
5.The cabin floor is made from 3MM thickness steel riffled board(Hot dip galvanized), and 15MM thickness wooden board which can reduce the vibration and deformation a lot.

FAQ of Building Hosit
Q: What is the building hoist main purpose?
A: Building hoist equipped with double or single cabin to transport the materials and labors up and down. It's the ideal construction equipment for vertical transportation in the field of construction.
Q: What is the main structure of building hoist?
A: The P/M construction hoist mainly contains metal structure, driving system, electrical control system, cable guide & protection system, electrical top crane and safety device.
Q: What is the meaning of the building hoist’s code?
A: Take SC200/200 for example: “SC” stands for rack and pinion hoist, “200/200” stands for double cage and capacity is 2 tons per cage. “SC200” stands for single cage and capacity is 2 tons.
- Q: How does the construction lift fall without electricity
- This is not calculated according to the distance, it is calculated speed, when the anti-pendant achieves the rated speed, the pendant should be held automatically. It can't go on.
- Q: Explain the differences between electric and electric-motor-driven building hoists in a few sentences.
-
Electric hoists are powered directly by electricity and use electric motors to lift and lower loads. They are typically smaller and more portable, suitable for lighter loads and indoor use. Electric-motor-driven hoists, on the other hand, use an electric motor to power a separate mechanism, often a winch or pulley system, to move loads. These are generally more robust, capable of handling heavier loads, and are often used in construction and industrial settings. The main differences lie in their power transmission methods, load capacity, and the environments in which they are used.

- Q: This question asks for the process of changing the speed at which a building hoist cylinder operates.
-
Adjusting the speed of a building hoist cylinder involves several steps. First, ensure the hoist is turned off and disconnected from power. Check the manual for the specific model to understand the speed control mechanism, which could be a variable frequency drive (VFD), a governor, or a throttle control. If it's a VFD, adjust the frequency setting to increase or decrease speed. For a governor, you might need to change the spring tension or adjust the control valve. With a throttle control, simply turn the throttle to the desired speed setting. Always test the hoist at low loads first to ensure the adjustments are safe and effective before using it for heavy loads.

- Q: Is it possible to utilize a building hoist for the purpose of lifting heavy objects or construction materials?
-
Yes, a building hoist is specifically designed for lifting large objects and materials in construction settings. These hoists are engineered to handle heavy loads, making them ideal for transporting construction materials, equipment, and other heavy items vertically within a building. They are equipped with safety features and are regulated to ensure they can bear the weight and pressure of the materials being lifted, thus playing a crucial role in the construction process.

- Q: Does the new approach builder need a localizer test report
- According to the current national standard "construction lifter safety regulation GB10055-2007 the provisions of article 11.1.9: for safety device can only be valid for use within the period of validity of calibration, the effective calibration period shall not exceed one year. According to the current industry standard "progressive construction lifter gear cone drum for safety device, the regulation of JG 121-2000: for safety device, no matter use or not, after the expiration of the valid inspection must be back to check calibration. The life of the safety device is five years. In order to ensure the safe use of the construction elevator, the construction elevator should be carried out every three months - the fall test and the formation record. It is recommended to refer to jgj215-2010, the safety technology regulations for building construction elevators.
- Q: This question asks whether a building hoist can be utilized for lifting various kinds of objects.
-
Yes, a building hoist can be used for lifting multiple types of objects. It is designed to handle a variety of materials, including construction materials, tools, and equipment. The hoist's capacity and design may vary, allowing it to accommodate different weights and sizes. However, it is crucial to ensure that the hoist's lifting capacity is not exceeded and that the objects are secured properly to prevent accidents. Always refer to the manufacturer's guidelines for specific weight limits and safety procedures.

- Q: What is the need for the sc200/200 construction elevator cable?
- The company now USES 3X25 + 2x10 cables
- Q: What are the steps and considerations for maintaining a building hoist to ensure its safety and functionality?
-
To maintain a building hoist properly, follow these steps: Regularly inspect the hoist for any visible damage or wear. Lubricate moving parts as per manufacturer's recommendations. Ensure all safety devices are functioning correctly, including limit switches and emergency stop buttons. Check the hoist's electrical system for any signs of damage or wear. Keep the hoist clean and free from debris. Conduct a thorough inspection after any incident or near miss. Regularly test the hoist's load capacity to ensure it is within safe limits. Train operators on safe hoist operation and maintenance procedures. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines and local regulations for maintenance and inspection.

- Q: This question asks for the cost of a building hoist, which is a type of construction equipment used for lifting materials.
-
The cost of a building hoist can vary significantly depending on factors such as the hoist's capacity, type, and features. On average, a basic building hoist can cost anywhere from $10,000 to $50,000. However, for more advanced models with higher capacities or additional safety features, the price can range from $100,000 to $200,000 or even more. It's important to consider the specific needs of your construction project and consult with equipment suppliers for accurate pricing.

- Q: This question asks for guidelines on how to take care of lifting equipment after it has been used.
-
To maintain your lifting equipment after use, follow these steps: 1. Clean the equipment thoroughly to remove dirt, grease, and any debris. 2. Inspect all components for wear, damage, or signs of excessive use. 3. Lubricate moving parts as per the manufacturer's recommendations. 4. Check and tighten all bolts, nuts, and fasteners to ensure they are secure. 5. Store the equipment in a dry, clean, and well-ventilated area to prevent rust and corrosion. 6. Regularly review the manufacturer's maintenance schedule and perform any required servicing. 7. Keep a log of all maintenance and inspections to ensure you're staying on top of equipment care. Proper maintenance not only prolongs the life of your equipment but also ensures safety during use.
