QFT12-15/9-15 automatic concrete block production line can process various kinds of raw materials, such as gravel, concrete, industrial residue (fly ash, cinder, slag, gangue, etc.), ceramsite, construction waste, and so on. This automatic block making machine is able to produce blocks, color bricks, garden bricks and porous bricks with different types and specifications. It is made up of batching and mixing system, block forming and transportation system, stacking system and fully automatic control system. Our concrete block production lines can finish material proportioning, molding, stacking, pallet supply, pallet cleaning and pallet returning automatically. 4. The feed hopper of our  automatic block making machines is designed with stock level recorder. The open-close door cylinder realizes the automatic open-close of the door so as to guarantee the feed averagely to the material box.
5. Our concrete block production lines adopt PLC SIEMENS controller and man-machine interface. The whole machine can be operated automatically.

2. According to customers’ specific site conditions, we will provide a good product layout program. Our company also cooperates with users to do plant layout, circuit layout, the arrangement of the entire production process, and guides them to prepare basic equipment.
