Q: I got mine done this morning, and like the dumba** I am, I got it on the side that I sleep on. A friend of mine said she slept on hers the first night and didn't hurt and it was fine, but I don't believe that to be true. If I have to sleep on my other side, I could but it's very hard for me to fall asleep like that, and I often switch positions while asleep unconsciously. Any tips?: Invest in a travel pillow that looks like a donut. That way when the side of your head is touching the pillow your ear can be in the center of it and you're not putting pressure on the piercing as it is healing. If you have a bigger bed and roll from one side to the other, get two.

Q: is it possible for me to get an industrial piercing like do i have the right kind of ear shape for it ? or will it look funky and you wont be able to see it ?: sparkling them ear care answer, you're able to desire to purchase it at Claire's and in all probability the place you acquire your ears pierced. Q: im quite high up so would have to do the job internally (from the inside..avoiding climbing on roof). it seems that a material (looks like cement?) was used on this old roof (on the inside) and some of this has washed away as i can see daylight where the rain water is leaking through. there's also no black felt evident: You cannot repair any roof from the inside. Whoever did that internal patch was a hack.

Q: I'm 15 atm, I want either an industrial piercing now or a scaffold piercing that I can connect later. I may be getting a scaffold piercing instead, seeing as school regulations here probably won't allow a full industrial. It might just be a phase but I've wanted one for a while, and if I don't like it I can always just keep the scaffold piercing if I decide to get that.What I'm wondering is: Are there any people who have an industrial? does it annoy you? does it get infected easily? and how long did it take to fully heal?I'd appreciate all answers, even if you only know someone with one. Thanks in advance.: Very RARELY do piercings actually get infected. There's a host of different irritations and mishaps that can happen to your piercing that will cause redness and swelling and weeping, but they're not really infections. Keeping your piercing clean, and not wearing tight hats, headbands, or helmets, sleeping on your piercing, and just generally babying your piercing will keep it happy and devoid of irritation. As for being annoying, mine is fine, now, but it was kind of a pain when I first got it done. Granted, I got 10 gauge holes punched out of my ear, so my healing was a BIT more involved, but the typical timeframe for a cartilage piercing to heal is at least 6 months. I also got pierced on the side I sleep on, but getting one of those travel pillows works great for sleeping with healing cartilage piercings. Good luck!
