Q: If i took gum out of wrapper, how long would it last in regular aluminum foil or ziploc bag, cuz i need to use the gum wrappers
gum is fairly cheap why not just chew what you want and when you want more buy it or give some to your friends
Q: i am a trader i work with aluminum paper i was trying to find some companys that sells aluminum paper on yahoo and google search but i did't find what i was looking for !!! can anybody help me plz .with addresses and companys names that i can trade with ???? or some wed site that offers stock aluminum paper ???
I have the same problem here (NE area)I've added insulation, increased sofit vents, added ridge vents, bathroom vent is vented outside, sealed all bypassesStill I have an even dampness throughout the attic in the winterI'm thinking It's more the location I'm in thats causing the problem rather than the living space humidity (witch is normal)I have vinyl siding and I have to wash it every couple years due to green moss growing on certain areas of the houseYou might just be living in a damp location (Lots of tall pine trees around my house)Good luck with it, I'm still working on my problem for 3 years nowLet me know If you ever find a solution.
Q: Whats the difference between smoking in a bong then a bowl?
The gravity bong was much betterThey are very easy to make, are hard to screw up, and give good hitsMy friend and I made it entirely out of a one-liter plastic pop bottle, a two-liter plastic pop bottle, electrical tape, and some aluminum foilAfter dumping the pop we sliced the neck off the two-liter and sliced the bottom black part off the one- liter (visualize this)The one-liter served as the top which fit inside the bottom part, the two-literWe took the plastic bottlecaps and punched several holes in each, put them top-to-top and taped them up (voila-the bowl) (silicone would have made a better seal)We put the foil into one of the bottlecaps and punched a few tiny holes in it (the screen)The concept of a gravity bong is as simple as a conventional bongThe two-liter bottom is filled with water and the one-liter top is inserted inside (both top-up)The cap is filled with bud (of course) and screwed onto the one-literThe bud is lit and the one-liter is steadily pulled upwardsA vacuum is thus created in the one-liter, drawing in the smokeThe chopped-off bottom of the one-liter must not rise above the water line, or else the vacuum is destroyed and your smoke is lostOnce the one-liter is pulled up as far as possible and is filled with smoke, the bottlecap (bowl) is unscrewed and removedWhile still holding the one-liter up (you'll feel a steady pull due to the high pressure of the smoke wanting to escape), wrap your lips around the neck of the one- liter and LET GO! The one-liter will drop into the water, forcing the smoke out and into your lungsCool, huh? Try another bowl!
Q: I made a cake for a party tomorrow night I was wondering if I should store it in the refrigeratorI put a lot of work into the decorating, so I didn't really want to cover it with plastic wrap or anythingDo you think it would be okay just sitting in the fridge on a plate? I was thinking of leaving it out, but I'm afraid that might make the icing melt or make the cake go staleLol, this is the first time I've baked a cake that wasn't getting eaten right away, so I'm a little confused :)
well its a good idea to put it in the fridge but maybe you could put aluminium foil on it? like make sure the foil it attached to the edge of the plate but put a large amount so it doesnt toouch the cakeif not, you could lighty put the foil on it and if you can touch up any decorations if anything gets a little messed up?
Q: answer in units of kg,
using molar masses 2.55 kg (2 mol Al)(26.98 g/mol) / (101.96 g/mol Al2O3) 1.3495 kg of Al your answer is rounded to 3 sig figs is 1.35 kg of Al
Q: Even a little bit? Thanks for reading.
Aluminum is inert, which is why it has been used in food packaging for yearsWhy do i think that you are against vaccinations?
Q: I used the 3:2:1 ratio to make these cookies3/4 cups flour, 1/2 cup of butter, but I wasn't thinking straight and I think I accidentally put in 1/2 cup of sugarAnyway, 10 min into baking I had a crumbly, sticky quot;puddlequot; of cookie doughI scraped up the mess and put the crumbs in a bag, and my little cousins seemed to enjoy them in their ice cream, but I find them quite dryAny suggestions for their use, rather than throwing them away?
Blind bake a pie crust, covering the edges with aluminum foilFill with apple pie fillingSpread your cookie crumbs over the top and dot generously with butterBake at 350F for 45 minutesInvite me over, I'll bring the vanilla ice cream.
Q: how do you make apple pie?
My favorite is the Dutch Apple Pie 1 (9 inch) pie shell 5 cups apples - peeled, cored and sliced 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2/3 cup white sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice 2 tablespoons butter 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 3/4 cup rolled oats 1 teaspoon lemon zest 1/2 cup butter Directions Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)Fit pastry shell into pie pan and place in freezer To Make Apple Filling: Place apples in a large bowlIn a separate bowl combine 2 tablespoons flour, white sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspiceMix well, then add to applesToss until apples are evenly coated Remove pie shell from freezerPlace apple mixture in pie shell and dot with 2 tablespoons butter or margarineLay a sheet of aluminum foil lightly on top of filling, but do not seal Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes While filling is baking, make Streusel Topping: In a medium bowl combine 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, brown sugar, oats, and lemon peelMix thoroughly, then cut in 1/2 cup butter or margarine until mixture is crumblyRemove filling from oven and sprinkle streusel on top Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)Bake an additional 30 to 35 minutes, until streusel is browned and apples are tenderCover loosely with aluminum foil to prevent excess browning Baking pie is a rather straightforward technique, but a few tips can only help to make your pies come out looking and tasting perfect!
Q: long story short i'm trying to make an etching into something i made out of wood using a wood burneri believe the technical term is pyrography or somethinganyways i found a google image of what i want, but my art skills are lacking when it comes to drawing free handi can wood burn just fine, can't draw to save my life thoughso how do i get the image onto the board? mind you i'm just using this as a stencil for the burning so it doesn't have to be perfectunfortunately, everything i google comes up with perfect permanent solutions that use like parchment paper with inkjet prints or some kind of specialized tool i don't have or know how to get.
Unless you plan on tracing the whole thing using carbon paper, you are stuck using permanent solutions that use like parchment paper with inkjet prints because why would people develop temporary for the very few people doing pyrography and needing transferDoesn't matter that it is permanent, you are going to burn through it, right? Parchment paper is available at any grocery store in the aluminum foil/wax paper baking supplies area.
