- Make an independent wheel symbol, and animate the rolling using timeline of this symbol. Then create a car symbol draw the car but for wheels use two instances of previous wheel symbol. Even if you don't animate anything on car symbol the turning animation of wheel symbols will be inherited, then use car symbols any where as you want. (Wheels will be spinning even if the car symbol isn't moving)
