The High-purity Graphitized Petroleum Coke is made from high quality petroleum coke under a temperature of 2800°C. As a high-purity carbon material, it has characteristics of high fixed carbon content, low sulfur, low ash, low porosity, high absorptive character , no residue will be left and save production cost etc.
This product can be used as carbon raiser (Recarburizer) to produce high quality steel, special steel, cast iron and alloy or other related industry. We can get high quality steel if use it. It can also be used in plastic and rubber as an additive.  Although it is in high cost, but it is more effcient

Features

The graphitized petroleum coke powder (grain) is made by graphitization heat treatment of high-quality low-ash petroleum coke at high temperature of 2800 ° C or above in vacuum. The product is featured by high carbon content, low hardness, high temperature resistance, large porosity and low heat conductivity coefficient. Compared with the traditional natural graphite and calcined coke, it can obviously improve caking property and stabilize friction coefficient, maintains the stable and comfortable braking process, and reduce the damage to mating plate surface, brake noise, wear and cost, and is an ideal material for the friction material plant.

In order to control the package and quality, we send people to inspect the loading at loading port and take samples for third party inspection for everyshipment, and will keep customers updated about the loading condition and the inspection result.

Graphite petroleum coke is used in producing casting, it can increase the used quantity of Scrap steel and reduce the quantity of Scrap iron, or use no Scrap iron at all, graphite petroleum coke has high absorptive character, no residue will be left, save production cost.
