1). What’s price per watt?
A: It’s depends on the quantity, delivery date and payment terms of the order. We can talk further about the detail price issue. Our products is high quality with lower price level.
2). Can you tell me the parameter of your solar panels?
We have different series of cells with different power output, both from c-si to a-si. Please take our specification sheet for your reference.
3). How do you pack your products?
We have rich experience on how to pack the panels to make sure the safety on shipment when it arrives at the destination.
4). How long can we receive the product after purchase?
In the purchase of product within three working days, We will arrange the factory delivery as soon as possible. The perfect time of receiving is related to the state and position of customers. Commonly 7 to 10 working days can be served.
- Q: My hubby and I are waiting to move in to our camper but have to figure out how many solar panels, batteries, etc. to get. I can't find the info per appliance for Watts and amps, but does anyone have a good, general idea of how many Watts it'd take to run the whole shabang? It's a 999, 25-foot Sportsmen tag-a-long, if that helps..It's got the following, and we'd like to run the propane things off of electric:*Refrigerator/freezer*Microwave*Oven/stove*AC/Heat*Will have a tv, phone chargers, laptop charger, but those will be unplugged when not in useThanks so much! It's such a headache.. You get SO MUCH different info from different places.. OI..
- Running an oven or stove on solar is not a practicality; too much power is needed, use gas. Ditto, heating using solar electricity is not a practicality, and AC would also be asking a lot. The other things, within limits, might be do-able. You'll be needing as many solar panels as you can fit on. If I was you I'd consult a solar installer about how big your battery bank should be once you have decided how many Watts of panels you can put on.
- Q: Can solar panels be installed on a house with a flat roof?
- Yes, solar panels can be installed on a house with a flat roof.
- Q: I don't have a regulator connected as they are a little expensive for a pensioner, If I join the panels into line to the battery bank from the roof should that be OK.?
- I am pretty darn sure you need the regulator because all the advertising says that you must have one if you have more than one small solar panel. I think you can overcharge your batteries otherwise. Solar power is still not cost effective, so most people have solar power because they care about the environment more than they care about expenses. If you are poor, it is better to skip solar power, unless you are in an area where there isn't access to electricity. For example, we have a cabin without electricity. I am a strong environmentalist, too. Solar power is too expensive still, for low income people. It is better to focus on energy conservation, imo. such as change your roof to white, to save on A/C, as the head of the US energy dept. says (he is a nobel prize winning physicist). PS Dave might be right on that stuff, i don't know. but all the ads say you need a regulator if you are going to have more than one solar panel so I assumed this was due to risk of overcharging.
- Q: I have a panel that quot;deep breatheproduces at 4% efficiency, what can it power, It's about 4ft by 2ft
- I also doubt your claim of 4% efficiency. That strength solar panel is brand new technology (this year) and is not available in retail sizes yet. You probably got duped by some false marketing... In any case; even assuming you had a 4% solar panel, there are too many things for us to give you an accurate assessment of the power production. Clouds, location on earth, season, angle of the solar panel; these are all things we need to know to calculate it. Odds are it should have the average rate it produces electricity written on the back panel or with the instructions that came with it. I know of no solar panel retailers that do not also offer free installation. You should get your money back or get that free installation (and then you never have to worry about how much power it has, it just gets you what it can).
- Q: i want to know how to hook up solar panels to my existing power. all i can find on the internet is to use batteries and a inverter. but i want to use all of my existing lights and outlets off of the solar energy. i have heard that you can actually turn the meter backwards and use supplied power when needed. thats what i want to do and is it possible to do myself and if so, how?
- Im an ex solar installer. I dont know all the details but I know of 2 companies in hawaii that are doing what youre talking about - and yes, it feeds power back into the grid and makes your meter turn backwards. uh... darn... locate a company that does that stuff and they will tell you best how and what and why. The electric comapny will know less as they are (believe it or not) behind the times. 2st century technologies is the co. in hawaii. the owner is way cool. its a full-on expensive system though, not some cheesy diy thing. its gnarley. you need the special panels and all that. Photovoteic panels are really expensive. The system costs like 0k + but pays for itself after perhaps 6 years and then you reap the monthly check from the electric company for life (instead of you paying them) Inh hawaii, the sun is strong = $$$ for solar. good luck in your....quest? whatever, man. Hope you find what youre looking for.,
- Q: Can solar panels be used for street lighting?
- Yes, solar panels can be used for street lighting. Solar-powered street lights use photovoltaic panels to convert sunlight into electricity, which is then stored in batteries for use during the night. This renewable energy source helps to reduce electricity costs and carbon emissions associated with traditional street lighting systems.
- Q: How do I clean my solar panels?
- To clean your solar panels, start by turning off the system and ensuring the panels are cool to touch. Use a soft brush or sponge with mild detergent mixed in water to gently scrub away any debris or dirt. Rinse the panels with clean water and allow them to dry naturally. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the panels. Additionally, be cautious when working at heights and consider seeking professional help if needed.
- Q: what is the average cost, for a single family home, to install solar panels? I live in CA.
- I just got a quote for my place. It came out $8/Watt installed. The quote was for 24 - 20W panels. Dividing the total quoted price by the 24 panels comes out to $,750 per panel. This includes the complete system with the converter and cutoff switch to connect it to the grid. This is also a top-of-the-line system. There are cheaper systems with shorter life spans. My quote was for a system with a 30 year life expectancy. There is a Federal tax credit in 2009 of 30% that will bring the system cost down. There are also nice state tax incentives in CA.
- Q: Can solar panels be installed on any type of roof?
- Solar panels can be installed on most types of roofs, including flat, sloped, and angular roofs. However, some factors like the roof's orientation, shading, and structural integrity may affect the efficiency and feasibility of installation.
- Q: i've heard environmentalists like ed begley jr use the phrase quot;peak shaving hourswhen talking about solar energy.what does that phrase mean, please?thank you to all who respond.
- Graminoids are among the most versatile life forms. They became widespread toward the end of the Cretaceous period, and fossilized dinosaur dung (coprolites) have been found containing phytoliths of a variety that include grasses that are related to modern rice and bamboo. Grasses have adapted to conditions in lush rain forests, dry deserts, cold mountains and even intertidal habitats, and are now the most widespread plant type; grass is a valuable source of food and energy for all sorts of wildlife and organics. Graminoids are the dominant vegetation in many habitats, including grassland, salt-marsh, reedswamp and steppes. They also occur as a smaller part of the vegetation in almost every other terrestrial habitat. There are some 3,500 species of graminoids. Many types of animals eat grass as their main source of food, and are called graminivores – these include cattle, sheep, horses, rabbits and many invertebrates, such as grasshoppers and the caterpillars of many brown butterflies. Grasses are also eaten by omnivorous or even occasionally by primarily carnivorous animals. In the study of ecological communities, herbaceous plants are divided into graminoids and forbs, which are herbaceous dicotyledons, mostly with broad leaves.
