- Q: all the switches are off tail lights remain on
- Some vehicles are equipped with a return spring on the brake pedal that stretches or breaks with use/age. Pull up on the brake pedal and see if the lights go out. If they do A quick/temporary fix might be to install a spring/bungee cord from the brake pedal assembly to the under side of the dash be sure it doesn't obstruct foot movement and proper use of ALL pedals in the car.

- Q: ok so fur my new room i want to put thoughs strings of lights around the room, but my mom says she thought they were dangerous, so are thoughs strings of lights dangerous?
- When I was 13 I put lights all over my room and it caught on fire. I almost caught our entire house on fire. I am now 27 and would tell you its not a good idea. but if you really want lights the best one would be rope lights they don't get nearly as hot compared to other ones.
- Q: whats better to use in a studio for models? i have hair lights, key light, etc, so why use a flash if i can use continuous lights?
- For me, strobes are much better than continuous lighting. Continuous lighting gave me some good results, but it was a lot more work and I had to be much more careful. The lights were hot as heck, hard to work around, always had to shoot on a tripod, aperture had to be wide open and the shutter was almost too slow. Strobes is a different story. Much more control, not hot, rarely use a tripod, can light a much larger area with much less equipment. As far as a flash per se, I never use my flash in the studio at all. There's always a wireless trigger on the hotshoe anyway, so it can't even pop up. The only reason to use it with continuous lights is to fill a little where the continuous lighting isn't cutting it. I never did with continuous lighting. It seemed to mess things up more than it helped. If you have good continuous lighting, you shouldn't ever need it.
- Q: Why is the first/second steps in photosynthesis named light-dependent and light-independent?i know what happens but i still don't know how to answer why its called those names. Keep in mind that a simple but understandable answer is best in this case and that i also have to translate the answer into Irish s preferably not that advanced :p thanks in advance :)
- Light-dependent depends on light for energy. Light-independent doesn't need light for energy.

- You call a surface shiny because it reflects light. Most metals are shiny because of perfectly symmetrical bonding in their lattice structures that bends and twists light around and bounces it off and on. Never heard of sugar paper but since you say black...it absorbs all the light and doesn't reflect anything back and so you can't see any colour and thus your see black.

- That would the light informing you that there is a problem with traction control system. Did you hit the switch that controls it usually located near the shifter. Is the check engine light or abs light on if so take it to a shop as it's probably a bad sensor

- a flashing check engine light means your car is misfiring. a solid check engine light could be anything, from an mass air flow sensor to not tighting the gas cap.

- Light box is a flat tablet with high light and you use it to trace. But I have to say that $300 for a light box is so expensive!!!!!!! Even though a A2 size just costs $123 at this store. And it is better for you to talk with your daughter, why she asks for so much money to buy a light box? This is unbelievable!
