How to choose suitable inverter?
If your load is resistive loads, such as: bulbs, you can choose a modified wave inverter. But if it is inductive loads and capacities loads,we recommend using pure sine wave power inverter.
How do I choose the size of the inverter?
Different types of load demand for power are different. You can view the load power values to determine the size of the power inverter.

The point is to prevent any possibility of a short circuit and either a spark, or a battery becoming very hot through a very fast power drain. - I'm assuming you mean for the controller, since I'm not aware of any battery pack for the actual 360 Slim. And no, it doesn't. If you want the rechargeable battery for the controller, you have to buy it separately. There is also a docking station that will charge one or more controllers at once but again, that's a separate purchase.

- Q: I want to make a rechargable battery pack for my old nintendo ds (NOT lite). I found online that the DS takes 5.2 volts at 450 mAh (the 5.2V part is also on the back of the DS). If I were to wire 4 rechargable NiMH or NiCd (1.2V) in series and hook it up to the DS, would it work? I'm pretty sure that wiring them in series adds up the voltage to 4.8 volts, just under the 5.2 mark. Would it be acceptable to go slightly over? For example, could I put 4 regular alkaline batteries (1.5V) together to make a 6 volt pack?
- I really dont think that making your own is a very good idea. Last time i tried it with my PSP, it broke and i was not able to get it repaired. They sad that it was because of a short surquit that the battery caused but i did not tell them that i had trried to make my own, anyways, if i were you i would just go buy a new battery pack. Check e bay or something, it cant be too expensive, what happened to your old battery pack?
