- Q: We have a 10x13 foot storage room in our basement. We are looking to sell our home within the next year. Is it worth renovating this room into a 4th bedroom for re-sale purposes? The house is about 1900 sq. ft.currently. We would need to add an egress window but the rest of the renovation could be done fairly cheaply as the walls are set and most of the drop ceiling is already set. What would it add to the value of the house? Thanks
- It would depend on location but another bedroom would add value. You could also just refurb it so it is a usable room and let the buyer decide what they can use it for such as gym, home office, play room etc.

Ok so its about heavy equipment that is used for construction, digging etc. Identify the reason for positioning the excavator with the propel motors to the rear when working close to an excavation??? Please help ive looked everywhere in the internet i can find and no luck yet
- Not 100% sure but I would think that it uses its own motor for a counterweight to help you not tip over into the hole you are digging.

- You need to fill the fuel filter with fuel before you put it back on and now that you have tried to start it you may need to do it more then once. You should not need to bleed the system but you need to fill the filter.

- In a 15 - 20 gallon tank you should be able to put about 2 - 3 geckos in there but you do not want to put 2 males or they will fight each other. As for the breeding if you are a beginner I would definitely wait and do some more research, talk to veterinarians or anything close to a herpetologist.

- Down the side of the track frame there will be a small access panel! There should be a grease nipple inside! Unscrew the nipple and take it off! Then push the idler wheel inwards with the bucket of the machine! The idler is the one without teeth! This should close the wheel enough to put the track back on! Once the track is back on lift that side of the machine with the bucket and replace the grease nipple then just pump up the track with a grease gun!
