It is obvious because as it passes on the portion of the beam, the pay loader elevates..How safe is the beam? I've asked the senior engineer, but he told me that the beam is safe.: One month old tie beam has already attained 100% strength, also your senior engineer says it's safe so it should be safe. Actually concretes are pretty good strength in direct compression but in your case the loader gets elevated meaning there is no fill between tie beams which can damage the beam edges, if you fill properly around the tie beams then in most cases it's safe but you should check the tie beam if it's getting pulverized or cracks then you should talk with your engineer.

Q: Kenmore front load washer smells horrible when draining. Inside of washer does not smell, only when draining during wash cycle. I always leave door open between uses. Used washer cleaner with no success. Washer is 10 years old. Is it the drain? Please help.: I have a front load Kenmore washer as well and it too had an awful smell after some time. I used a washer cleaner and that helped for a bit and still a lingering smell. I did some research online and people have plenty of suggestions from running the washer on longest, hottest setting with vinegar or clr. I will be trying the vinegar option. I guess it can't hurt. It seems like this isn't only a Kenmore issue but rather a front loader issue.

Can I use the normal kind and if i do, is that bad? what will it do to my machine?: Yes you do have to use low foaming detergents for front loaders, due to their high mechanical action and low water usage. Wash step:- * Use an enzymated laundry powder with the suffix - Matic (e.g OMO - Matic). They are developed with either low foaming surfactants or have extra Anti foam in their formulations. If using less product to reduce foam height ensure you use a longer wash time to improve wash results. Rinse Step:- * You can also use any yummy fabric softeners you like. You'll be happy to know that they reduce foam height in the final rinse ~;-) Good Luck!!

Q: My maytage washer is making alot of noise when running why ? Its when its on the spin cycle: It is more than likely on an uneven surface. Washing machines need to be perfectly level or they will make lots of noise when spinning out. Get a level and put it across you washing machine. You need to level it front to back, side to side and also diagonally across. You can adjust the feet turning them until it becomes level. A word to the wise, just because it looks level, does not mean it is. I try to eyeball stuff and it never works. There is a good chance that once you level your machine, it will not look level with other things in your room. IE the wall, shelving, cabinets. That's always drove a neat freak like me nuts! But it's necessary for a quiet washer.
