Q: I have usb loader gx on my soft modded wii. I just purchased the new game quitar hero warriors of rock and when i put the game in the wii on the disc channel it says i need to update my wii. A few months ago it did the same thing and made the mistake of updating it and i had to re-mod because it removed all of my modded stuff. so i was told just to copy the game onto the hardrive and it will work, i have done that and when i try to play the game all that shows up is a black screen. i am running ios 249 and version 4.2 NTSC wii. please help: I would make sure your Homebrew is on the latest version 1.0.8, then go ahead and update your Wii to 4.3 through Nintendo. Yes, you'll have to reinstall your CIOS, but it's the safest, easiest way to make sure your Wii can play any game. Also, I would suggest using Hermes' CIOS 222 for guitar games. It's typically more compatible with instrument games.

Q: .30-30 ammo costs over $20 a box of 20 shells. I don't think I'll get much practice THAT way. I see this little box called a quot;Lee Loader.It looks so simple that even I could use it. I don't want an entire workbench devoted to reloading. The little Lee Loader looks like a good alternative. But my friends tell me it is so time consuming and such a pain I will load 50 rounds and then never use it again. Does a Lee Loader work, or is it a waste of money.: Yes, the little device that you are talking about does work and will do a fine job of loading a few rounds of ammo. It is slow and would be cumbersome if loading a lot of ammo but if you only want to load 50 rounds, get the Lee Loader. I have one that I have had for many years. It was my first loading device and I loaded many rounds of .30-06 ammo with it. I now have a complete loading setup on my bench and seldom ever have any use for my Lee Loader but I keep it for trips to the range to work on new loads for my .30-06 rifle. Lee Precision makes good stuff for the money.

Q: on my ntsc wii console, using backup loader can i play pal games?: Yes. Once you launch backup loader gamma, select Config Options and enable Force NTSC. That will force PAL games to load as NTSC, though there may be minor bugs that you wouldn't have if you were using an actual NTSC game.

Q: where is the back up alarm on a cat loader?: On most loaders it is located on the back of machine. Usually in plane sight.

Q: already installed ios58: The USB loader still requires cIOS 249, NOT IOS 58... so you have to reinstall cIOS 249 to do so (which was overwritten by a stub version in the update). HOWEVER, before you can reinstall cIOS 249, you'll need to install cIOS 236 (a trucha bug version of IOS 36) first.

Q: can it reload all 357 cases or those only from your own gunthanks: You will only be able to reload brass fired from your gun. In order to fire other brass you need to fully resize the brass. And you do not have a way to do this with the loader that you are working with. Everyone else that is giving info don't relize the reloader that you are talking about. Other brass not totally resized will not fit all the way in you cylinder, they will get stuck because they will be too tight of a fit. Also sum that you find may work but it won't be a consistant thing.

Q: we get alot of wii games I was just wondering if it can gamecube games as well, I really want to play MGS Twin Snakes!: I'm afraid that Wii Loader GX doesn't support Gamecube images... Other USB loaders might, but there'll likely be issues with it. HOWEVER, please be aware that it does require you to modify more Wii internal files, like mIOS (which is the IOS used SPECIFICALLY for the Gamecube games) the Wii tends to disable non-Gamecube components, so you'll likely get less than desirable results if you look at things.
