The magnetic lines of force around the arc may be evenly distributed;2) adjust the dip angle of the welding rod properly and tilt the electrode towards the blowing direction;3) the method of subsection retreat welding and short arc welding can effectively overcome the magnetic deviation blow;4) AC welding instead of direct current welding. When alternating current welding is used, the induced current is induced by the changing magnetic field in the conductor, and the magnetic field produced by the induced current weakens the magnetic field caused by welding current, thus controlling the magnetic bias blow;5) place a ferromagnetic material that produces a symmetrical magnetic field, so that the ferromagnetic material around the arc is uniformly distributed;6) reduce the residual magnetism on the weldment. The residual magnetism on the weldment is mainly caused by the orderly arrangement of atoms and domains. In order to reduce or prevent the magnetic deviation of the magnetic domain arrangement of the weldment, the part of the residual magnetism on the weldment can be locally heated, and the heating temperature is 250~300 degrees centigrade. Q:How to use hot 317 welding rod?
R317 is a low alloy steel welding rod with low sodium hydrogen type. It can be welded in all positions by DC reverse welding, and the welding process is good. The weldment should be preheated to 250~300 DEG C before welding and should be treated at 700~740 DEG C after welding.The electrode (coveredelectrode), is the metal coating in the welding core (coating), uniform centripetal pressure applied to core. The electrode consists of two cores and coating composition. The different cores are also different. The core components directly affect the composition and properties of the weld metal, so the harmful elements in the welding core to as little as possible.
Q:What kind of material is welding electrode J506E7016?
I usually use this kind of electrode. Belongs to the medium carbon steel electric welding rod, the electrode coating is white, this kind of welding rod is more afraid of damp than the ordinary low carbon steel welding rod. And it can be used instead of cast iron welding rod for emergency welding of iron castings.This kind of welding rod is more easily adhered to welding rod with AC welding machine, and the spatter is larger when welding, and the welding current needs to be larger than that of ordinary low carbon steel electrode welding.There are other J507 electrode.
Q:How long is the Golden Bridge welding rod 427 electrode drying?
Welding rod often causes the deterioration of the process performance due to moisture absorption, resulting in unstable arc, splash, and easy to produce porosity, cracks and other defects. Therefore, the electrode must be strictly dried before use. The drying temperature of ordinary acid welding rod is 150--200 degrees centigrade, the time is 0.5-1 hours; the drying temperature of basic electrode is 350--400 degrees centigrade, the time is 1--2 hours.
