Product Description
Vermiculite
Vermiculite Sound Insulating Board
Product Characteristic
1. Soundproof and helps reduce noise levels
Because of its unique honeycomb structure its performance in soundproofing is excellent. It ensures that the surrounding room is quiet and peaceful, giving a calm feel to a room.
Vermiculite may be thin and lightweight, but this does not affect its soundproofing performance.
2. Heat insulating and energy conservating
Again, because of its structure, its thermal properties help keep a buildings’ rooms warm because it is efficient, envrionmentally friendly, and cost effective.
Technical Data
1. Combustion performance: A1 grade ( this highest standards)
2. Smoke toxicity levels: Security level 1 ( AQ 1 grade, the highest standards)
3. Hygroscopicity :≤ 4.9%
4. Sound insulation: 40dB
5. Noise reduction coefficient: 0.46
6. Thermal conductivity: 0.094W(m.k)
Product Specification
1. 2440*1220*20-50mm
2. 2100 *900*20-50mm
3. 1000*610*20-50mm
1).Good durability and can withstand high-temperature limit of the continuous thermal load
2).Low thermal conductivity,in the whole scope of use is unmatched within the adiabatic Performance
3).Light weight, high stength, its strength is rigid insulation products in the highest
4).Durability,long-term use of ceramic fiber felt no similar powder
5).Construction practical, with ordinary tools can be arbitrarily cutting products
6).Used safety,hygiene,asbestos-free,sulfur,chlorine such poisonous substances
- Q: this is the 3rd time we have had eggs and after 5 days they begin to shrivel up. I put them in the incubator buried 1/2 in vermiculite and place inside thermometer at 75 degrees. What am I doing wrong. Thanks
- Check what they add into baby diapers, the chemical in that absorbs ALOT of water. I am not sure what they use though. Google it.
- Q: I have my eggs in moist vermiculite in side a contiar, that is also inside the incubator. I my eggs keep on dieing from to much water (water-loged) How do I know if theres to much, or to little water?
- it needs to be damp but not drippy
- Q: If i put leopard gecko eggs in vermiculite, is there a certain quot;vermiculite to water ratioquot;? Youtube videos say to measure them in a 1:8 ratio. But lets just say i keep the vermiculite humid, and sot soggy or too wet.... would it still work? Or would the eggs die?
- I would put a layer of vermiculite at the bottom of the pot to ensure good drainage, but if you have enough of it, it should be mixed into the growing medium as well. put them in another greenhouse ? Not sure what you mean - do you have more than one greenhouse? In any case, redwoods should grow fine in or out of a greenhouse, at least in summer. The mold is most likely moss - it is living off the nitrogen seeping out of the pots. It shouldn't hurt anything to be there, but If you are concerned, just scrape it off. If you can keep the sides of the pots in the dark, it will retard its growth.
- Q: Gonna buy some today and need to know how much to buy
- If you have expanded perlite available, I like it as it is an excellent thermal insulator, and very light. Since both particles tend to have sharp edges, I would put some shredded or loose fiber cellulose (from pampers or tampon or even toilet tissue) in immediate contact with eggs. from wiki: Unexpanded (raw) perlite bulk density: around 1100 kg/m? (1.1 g/cm?). Typical expanded perlite bulk density: 30–150 kg/m? TYPICAL PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF EXFOLIATED VERMICULITE Bulk density (a): 64-160 kg/cu m
- Q: i am attempting to grow my own edible mushrooms (much cheaper than the grocery store!) and the mushroom quot;cakequot; calls for 2 parts vermiculite, 1 part brown rice flour, and 1 part water to be mixed together in a bowl.... how would i do this? i am using a quarter pint jar... how would i know how much to mix if i were using a pint jar or half pint jar with a 2:1:1 ratio?thanks!
- Vermiculite holds moisture and helps hold nutrients and perlite helps with drainage.
- Q: I am looking for small quantities of Vermiculite (medium coarseness) in or around Cleveland, Ohio.
- yes, you need to put vermiculite in an incubator for reptile incubation. You need to create a condition similar to natural incubation.
- Q: The instructions say place in a ziplock bag with damp, not wet, vermiculite. then put in the fridge for 90 to 120 days. I‘m assuming this would be the necessary cold spell they need. I dont have any vermiculite and the nearest place that does is 70 miles east out of my way. would a moist paper towel do?Thank you.
- some moss, even peat moss from a garden center, mixed with regular potting soil close enough.
- Q: im growing mushrooms and everything says vermiculite and brown rice flour. could i use just watered brown rice flour and regular brown rice? no dumb *** answers please. thank you
- Bill Mears on the needed steps 1. Buy incubator 2. Get vermiculite and make it moist enough to form a ball when squeezed (test by making a ball and throwing it at your neighbor’s cat) 3. Fill base of incubator with moist vermiculite and lightly tamp it down -I use the base of a yogurt tub 4. Put lid on incubator and fiddle around with thermostat until a probe lying on the surface of the vermiculite gives you a reading of 81F-84F (lower is OK, hotter is not). This takes a week and a lot of cussing sometimes! Make sure you have it in a COOL place so it can't overheat on a hot day. 5. Shout - lay NOW at your dragon 6. Place eggs in small thumb depressions in the vermiculite and brush the vermiculite around them (eggs with veins on top). The first time you do this, you will space them out all nice and neat and run out of room when clutch #3 is laid. The next year you'll cram them in to save space. 7. Sit back and wait 70 days or so 8. Oh yes- find a really good source for crickets; you're going to need to buy them by the 1000.
- Q: HELP i have no idea what to do she just showed up in my garage the kids loved her we got her a cage and now the eggs? should I get rid of them? will they hatch? how long? HELP?
- If you take good care of them which means proper enclosure, temperature, substrate those eggs if i am correct the eggs should hatch in about any where from 1-2 months. So if you want the eggs to hatch make sure that they have proper enclosure, temperature, and substrate which you could find at say pet co and other pet stores and for more information there should be some experts on websites you could find on google like i did i have in the past found the fence lizards and for me it helped to search for some information at google. So look into it help those eggs hatch . Well i hoped i helped and Good Luck.
