Q: i have a slightly small mitral valve leak in my heart. my cardiologist say nothing to worry about, but i am not sure. can some one explain if it would eventually lead to some complications?
I have Mitral Valve Prolapse, and slight regurgitation. If your cardiologist says not to worry, I wouldn't worry. Mitral Valve prolapse just means you have a slight deformity of the bicuspid valve. It doesn't close correctly. It's not a disease, or anything like that, just a slight deformity. The symptoms are annoying. You may or may not have palpitations, slight sharp chest pain sometimes, dizziness, fatigue, and anxiety from it. You must have it checked yearly to make sure it's not progressing. I have had it since I was born, and now I am 28, and it has not progressed at all. MILLIONS of people are walking around with it, and don't even know it. It's not really a big deal. However, it does have the potential to worsen and you may or may not need a new valve. But that normally happens when you're older, in your 50's or up. Don't worry about it.
Q: I have a 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme and I think I have the case of the blow-by. The engine had high mileage, but was rebuilt b/c it stalled while driving. 3.1L V6 gasoline engine. The fuel filter and the fuel pump are brand new. Now we have the same problem a few months later. It stalls while driving. Its been sitting a while and won't start by itself, so I pulled off the air intake hose off of the air filter to spray starting fluid into it. I noticed oil puddled in the air intake hose, so I looked for the PCV valve on the rocker cover. There is a tube going from the air-intake hose to the rocker cover. I popped out the tube from the rocker cover and there is no PCV valve. Just tube. Is that where the PCV valve is supposed to go? If not, where can I find it on the engine? And could that possibly fix the blow-by and the stalling engine? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
pcv valve is on the valve cover closest to the firewall.it is attached to a rubber hose that runs to the intake. right below an electrical plug
Q: How does the pneumatic butterfly valve control the angle of opening?
This is really not good, control seems to be pneumatic defects, can only rely on the feeling
Q: What does butterfly valve do?
5, connections are flanged, wafer connections, welded connections and lugs on the clip connection. ?Drive in the form of manual, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-hydraulic linkage actuator, can realize remote control and automation.Advantages of butterfly valves1, opening and closing convenient, fast and labor-saving, fluid resistance is small, you can often operate. ?2, simple structure, small volume, light weight. ?3, to transport slurry, accumulation of fluid in the pipe outlet at least. ?4, under low pressure, can achieve a good seal. ?5, good regulating performance.Disadvantages of butterfly valve1, use pressure and working temperature range is small. ?2, poor sealing. ?Butterfly structure can be divided according to the bias plate, vertical plate, inclined plate and lever type. According to the form of sealing can be divided into soft sealing type and hard sealing type of two. The soft sealing type usually adopts rubber ring seal, and the hard sealing type usually adopts metal ring seal. ?By connection type can be divided into flange and clamp connections; press can be divided into manual transmission, gear transmission, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric types.
Q: What kind of butterfly valve is sd342x?
Sd342x: two-way double eccentric soft sealing butterfly valveS: two way pressureD: butterfly valve3: turbine operation4: flange connection2: double eccentricX: rubber sealProbably the shape is not so good in appearance,Double eccentric mostly elastic sealThree eccentric is multi-layer sealHope to be of help to youOpened valve Co., Ltd. on the production of butterfly valve
Q: Which is expensive, butterfly valve?
Gate valve and butterfly valve can not simply take the price there to compare, look at the actual design requirements of the project. General small caliber are selected by the valve, because of better sealing performance, service life is long, the maximum diameter of valve is usually choose to use the butterfly valve to the pipeline DN800800 above, because the valve is cheap, the price is only half of the large diameter valve. Also some pipes from the use of quality point of view, will choose the gate valve. How to use it, please mark the map
Q: My quot;check engine soonquot; light came on yesterday and soon after that I took it to the nearest Midas to have the diagnostic test run on it - they stated I needed an ERG valve. I have no clue what it is and was told that it could run $160. - $300. for my 1900 Astro van. what is an ERG valve? I have noticed that my van has a low humming sound when I'm driving it.
An egr valve is an exhaust gas recirculation valve, basicly it allows for exhaust gas to be routed into incoming air-fuel mix- it causes reduced emissions. They r expensive, know however that often when a diagnostic is run and egr is the read out alot of times its an O2 sensor(oxgyen sensor), the egr and O2 sensors work together so its hard for a computer to idenitify the exact prob, u can take ur van 2 an exhaust shop and have them inspect it. Which i highly recomend, that way u know 4 sure what the prob is. Good luk hope i helped!!!
Q: When i waa replacing the valves in the las 4 valves , they dropped and i dont know how to make them go back up, and i dont want to take the engine out of the car, is there any tool to make the valve go back up or there is any way to do it?? People told me that i can crank it by and , but i dont know how to do it where do i have to do it, i need help please im begging for help!

Q: What's the difference between electric butterfly valve and electric two way valve?
The valve can only be fully open or fully closed, so the controller only need a 1/4 angle stroke in control, so you only need to open and closed position control. The butterfly valve can be opened and closed at any position within 90 degrees, so a positioning device is needed on the electric head. If the valve is used (such as double eccentric butterfly valve or three eccentric), due to the eccentric effect, need to always have a butterfly valve opening and closing positions to control the torque of Disc Edition in the stem, especially in the valve closed to non preferred direction needs a torque to ensure the butterfly valve, which requires control device to provide a torque to make butterfly valve position or seal. Therefore, the ball valve only needs to drive device to meet the opening and closing, two positions can be, and butterfly valve but in the switch of the whole trip in the control.
Q: i just finished installing a sprinkler line for my lawn and i used anti siphon valves and 4quot; sprinkler heads. it says in the manual that it has to be at least 6quot; from the highest sprinkler. i think i made a mistake. i installed it 7quot; from the highest 'sprinkler line' . will i have a problem with that regarding the operation of the anti siphon valves and the sprinkler system itself?
anti siphon valves are junk. just install regular valves and put in a backflow preventer on your mainline before all the valves, but right after the shut off vavles.
