ATT :the worktable of CNC TX32 series machines can be lengthened(higher column),suitable for processing longer and higher work piece
Main machine configuration1.milling machine control system: GSK/Syntec EZ4/HNC21 CNC controller, HNC servo motor,3 axis machining.
2.frequency-changing speed adjustment, 3.0kw frequency-changing spindle motor, 100-3000 rpm spindle.BT40 taper;
3.pneumatic cylinder for tool dismantle;
4.fully enclosed splash guard,3-5 seconds
5.3206 ball screws;
6.C grade spindle bearing;
7.separate cooling pumps;
8.electric concentration lubrication system
Optional1.      CNC Controller: GSK/Syntec EZ4/HNC21 or FANUC/Mitsubishi
2.      Spindle speed.6000 or 8000rpm
3.      worktable guard ,half cover or full coverAnd more as your need.

CNC boring and milling machines are made of resin sand casting, the wide guideracks have excellent wear-resistant performance,
thus the machine tool has a good rigiduty;double-nut ballscrew ensures good precision and stability;the mainstock with manual speed and spindle of BT40 taper make this type of machines a high rigid universal c-nc milling machine, suitable for machine speed processing in boring, milling, drilling and tapping.

Q: Are there any risks in taking LSD while operating heavy machinery?
Don't be a dumbass, you know the answer. It doesn't matter if LSD is safe (which it is entirely), taking any drug -- illegal, prescription, or otherwise -- while operating any vehicle is dangerous.
Q: Electronics Tourism Fashion Machinery
Tourism: France is ranked as the first tourist destination in the world. Globally Industrial Manufacture is the most important because it comprises machinery, automobile, aeronautics, electronics, white goods, furniture etc... Cosmetics, perfumes, and fashion etc...are also very important.
Q: I am wondering how easy is it to operate the machines at a fast food place. Like i have a job offering at Dunkin Donuts but i dont want to mess up someones order and i dont know how to operate their equipment. It would be my first job and i dont want to get a bad refferral if i get fired or what not.
I believe that when you start new job , you will be under training for at least the first week and during that time you will get very familiar with all the equipment they use daily and it will be very simple for you
Q: Name2activitieswhereitis necessaryto reducefriction [in machinery] betweenmovingparts &tellhowwecouldreduceit.
1. Bearings - you need to reduce the heat so you lubricate with oil. 2. Shaft holders - heat again and oil again - usually one of the materials is softer than the other so it wears quicker, usually the cheaper of the two materials. Sometimes the parts are coated to reduce friction.
Q: Imagine building a cruise boat with no modern machinery. You'd have to cut down 10,000 trees. Cut them into lumber. tie or glue a boat together, build cages, store food and water, feed every animal, clean up animal waste, steer the boat, and sleep all while the biggest storm in the world sinks the planet. Can you really think that?
Noah couldn't have built the ark because he didn't have three sons to help him. He also didn't hire any help. He also didn't have 100 years to finish. And even though the first boats were built during the neolithic period and even though the Egyptians built enormous, elaborate war and trade ships thousands of years BC, everyone knows that Jews are too stupid to do anything. /sarc off
Q: Could people in the 1800s have been able to produce/process aluminum with steam powered machinery?

Q: Hi,My company produces industrial machinery, which for the purposes of this can best be described as a range of different size metal boxes with internal fittings. Currently, we make these from aluminium extrusion and steel infill panels. I'm looking to redesign.Does anyone have suggestions for alternative component systems which provide reasonably strong structures, while being assembled without welding and do not require painting? I've looked at aluminium composite panels and GRP.ThanksS
Have you considered manufacturing the enclosures from galvanized sheet metal, which can be fabricated into weather resistant enclosures using a metal brake and pop rivets?
Q: a.mRNAb.tRNAc.translation factorsd.ribosomese tein polymerase
e. protein polymerase
Q: production process for 500to 700 pcs. of garment dyeing per day list of machineries used for this purpose.
sorry i can't help you there
Q: First Edition - 1914 - in fair condition - how much is it worth?
Wow what a find. I'd say a few hundered bucks to the right person depending on the condition. The information inside is obsolete. I would honestly contact some place like the Smithsonian to see if they would like it for a display. I would love to thumb through it to see what type of stuff they had in it then. I know the one I have now has so much awesome stuff about everything.
