I'm very simple. I don't ask for much, but this is quite bothersome. Can you advise?: Either get a brand new phone. Or a brand new sim card. or hopefully, a brand new phone AND a brand new sim card. If after 4 months you're still having this problem, it's time to replace the phone. If it still happens, then replace the sim card.
