Introduction

Sulphate titanium slag is a kind of titanium-rich material which can be decomposed by sulfuric acid after irmenite is smelted (reduced roasting) to remove most of the iron. Usually the content of TiO2 is between 70% to 85%， which can be used to produced sulphate titanium dioxide.

• Electronic material

  Sulphate titanium slag can be used to prepare electronic materials, such as capacitors, dielectric materials, etc. Because of the excellent conductivity and stability of titanium in the field of electronics, acid-soluble titanium slag has a wide application prospect in the field of electronic materials.
  

• Wastewater treatment 

  Because of its high acid solubility and adsorption capacity, the sulphate titanium slag can be used as an excellent wastewater treatment agent. By adding acid-soluble titanium slag to wastewater, heavy metal ions and organic substances in water can be effectively removed to achieve the purpose of water purification.
  

• Portland cement admixture

  Sulphate titanium slag can be used as admixture in cement production to improve the performance and quality of cement. Adding appropriate amount of acid-soluble titanium slag into cement can improve the mechanical properties, durability and high temperature resistance of cement.
