This series of jaw crusher can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even. Working Principle of PE500×750 Jaw crusher
This series jaw crusher adopts electric motor as the power, and the eccentric shaft is revolved by an electric motor through v-belts. It causes the swing jaw to follow the pre concerted path and crush the in-fed materials, and then the materials will be crushed in the crushing chamber which is composed of the stationary jaw plate, swing jaw plate and the liner plate. Finally the finished materials are discharged from the lower part of machine.
Please carefully examine the fasteners, especially the lubrication components and bolts before starting the machine. Enough oil is needed on each lubrication component. Fasten the loose bolts, clean the crushing cavity, and then start the machine. Insufficient load or over load is not allowed. Moving jaw plate, fixed jaw plate, side guard plate and roof plate are wearing parts, and much attention should be paid to them.

- Ergonomics is how the operator interacts with the object, right? So the first step is to figure out the steps that the operator takes in using the can crusher. He walks over to it carrying a can, reaches up to put the can in place, reaches up to grab the lever, applies a force to pull the lever down, reaches up to remove the crushed can, and carries the can away. Then, figure out what could go right, what could go wrong, and what could be improved in those steps. Just off the top of my head, maybe the can crusher is mounted too high. Maybe the force required to pull the lever is too large, or it has to be applied at an awkward angle. Maybe the pressure on the hand from pulling the lever is too high. - These folks might be well-intentioned, but they don't know full size Chevy trucks. Trucks did not get limited slip diffs. They got the Eaton gov-lock. It is a hybrid locker/limited slip setup, but more locker than limited slip. There are various iterations, but they do not operate UNTIL one wheel starts to slip more than the other, which IIRC is around 100RPM. So going around a corner, you won't notice it, as the RPM differential isn't enough to lock the axles together. Additionally, over 25MPH, it will UNLOCK again, so you won't feel it above that MPH either. I have had multiple of these diffs. They are not good for anything other than mild traction issues (like snowy hill climbs, light mud/soft dirt hills, boat launch ramps, etc) because with their lock/unlock parameters, they are not consistent like a true locker. BUT, on a mostly street/light duty rig, they are far more effective than a true limited slip (the heavy weight of the truck will cause them to slip when you need traction, unlike the lighter cars that used limited slip) and since they aren't always locked up or having to slip, you will almost never feel it. Especially in the 1/2 tons however, they are a relatively weak unit, sounds like you might have already found that out from the first one. The shock loading from when they lock eventually can lead to the unit locking up at best (so you get tire scrubbing/hopping going around corners), or splitting the carrier in half which is the normal failure mode. Only options if the problem is the carrier itself, is to go with the 9.5 diff from a heavy 1500 or a light 2500, install an open diff, or get a posi unit for an open diff. I really like them, nothing else out there that is in the same league, but the 1/2 ton carrier problem is real. Even the 9.5 assembly uses small parts for the mechanism, but that extra 1 of size seems to make all the difference in the world to them lasting.
