Application of PE500×750 Jaw crusher
This series of jaw crusher can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even. They are widely applied to crush high hardness, mid hardness and soft rocks and ores such as slags, construction materials, marble, etc. The pressure resistance strength is under 200Mpa, that is, suitable for primary crush.They can be used in mining, metallurgical industry, construction, road and railwaybuilding, conversancy, chemistry, etc.
Working Principle of PE500×750 Jaw crusher
This series jaw crusher adopts electric motor as the power, and the eccentric shaft is revolved by an electric motor through v-belts. It causes the swing jaw to follow the pre concerted path and crush the in-fed materials, and then the materials will be crushed in the crushing chamber which is composed of the stationary jaw plate, swing jaw plate and the liner plate. Finally the finished materials are discharged from the lower part of machine.
Please carefully examine the fasteners, especially the lubrication components and bolts before starting the machine. Enough oil is needed on each lubrication component. Fasten the loose bolts, clean the crushing cavity, and then start the machine. Insufficient load or over load is not allowed. Moving jaw plate, fixed jaw plate, side guard plate and roof plate are wearing parts, and much attention should be paid to them.

- Q: how far can I park from a fire hydrant in CA?
- They don't help much, especially if you have to buy much of what you burn. The reason is that when there's a fire, the chimney draws air up, and it not only draws the hot air from around the fire, it draws the warm air from the rest of the room and maybe the house too. You may feel warm when you're near the fire, but that's from radiant heat which heats objects and not the air. If you leave the chimney damper open when you don't have a fire burning, or if it doesn't close fully and many don't, the chimney will draw air from the house all the time, the air that you paid to heat with oil. I didn't realize how much this was true until I was up on my roof one summer day cleaning the chimney. The damper on my woodstove was mostly closed, but there was still enough draft coming up the chimney to ruffle my hair and blow soot into my face. The chimney was functioning as a chimney even though there was no fire in the stove. A woodstove or fireplace insert, on the other hand, keeps the amount of air going up the chimney under much better control, which means that not so much air is going up the chimney from your house, and also that you can control how fast the wood burns for best efficiency. An open fireplace burns too fast to get the maximum heat out of burning wood. And you never burn those prepared logs in a woodstove.

- I don't know. It would get expensive with visits and **** because of distance, and would eventually probably involve a pretty major move. I'm not against moving, I don't really like it here. ****, I don't know. Absolutely, but there's that damn distance issue. LOL
- Q: i am buying a 1966 chevy impala with a 327 it has a 2 speed trany auto,, im going to put a 4 speed rock crusher in cause i like the whining sound... can any 1 tell me about the marridge will it work?/ how much horse power does the 327 have ectetra?
- It will work fine if you have a lot of time and money. The rock crusher is an M-22 Muncie, it does not whine unless it has a bad bearing. To change this over will require installation of a clutch pedal assemble and linkage, a new flywheel and starter, installation of a new clutch and pressure plate, replacement of the transmission crossmember, modification of the driveshaft and installing shifter linkage on the floor. This is a a very involved changeover, I think I would have the 2 speed powerglide transmission replaced with a turbo 350 3 speed automatic with a shift kit, much cheaper and most everything will fit without modification. For the exact horsepower of your engine use the VIN number of your car to google the specs and you can find out what version of the 327 you have, providing the engine is the original. If you like the whine install a gear drive timing gear setup, much cheaper than a transmission changeover. Good Luck!
