This series of jaw crusher can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even. They are widely applied to crush high hardness, mid hardness and soft rocks and ores such as slags, construction materials, marble, etc. The pressure resistance strength is under 200Mpa, that is, suitable for primary crush.They can be used in mining, metallurgical industry, construction, road and railwaybuilding, conversancy, chemistry, etc.
Working Principle of PEX250×750 Jaw crusher
This series jaw crusher adopts electric motor as the power, and the eccentric shaft is revolved by an electric motor through v-belts. It causes the swing jaw to follow the pre concerted path and crush the in-fed materials, and then the materials will be crushed in the crushing chamber which is composed of the stationary jaw plate, swing jaw plate and the liner plate. Finally the finished materials are discharged from the lower part of machine.
Please carefully examine the fasteners, especially the lubrication components and bolts before starting the machine. Enough oil is needed on each lubrication component. Fasten the loose bolts, clean the crushing cavity, and then start the machine. Insufficient load or over load is not allowed. Moving jaw plate, fixed jaw plate, side guard plate and roof plate are wearing parts, and much attention should be paid to them.

- Q: The path is 32quot; wide and about 50' long. I need to drive my 800lb motorcycle out to my shed. I have in landscape timbers as a form. I'm not having luck with 2b stone. did i do something wrong.jim

Your wrist strap will need to be grounded too. Don't use rubber gloves unless they are made of antistatic material, a pair of Marigolds for washing up will do more harm than good. If you have a watch with a metal wrist strap you can make a makeshift wristband by clipping on a wire with an alligator clip and running the wire to ground via a 1MΩ resistor. I've successfully used this arrangement when working with A series CD4000 logic chips which are static sensitive to the nth degree. If you are doing any soldering then the metal part of your soldering iron should be grounded as well.
