Application of PEX250×1200 Jaw crusher
This series of jaw crusher can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even. They are widely applied to crush high hardness, mid hardness and soft rocks and ores such as slags, construction materials, marble, etc. The pressure resistance strength is under 200Mpa, that is, suitable for primary crush.They can be used in mining, metallurgical industry, construction, road and railwaybuilding, conversancy, chemistry, etc.
Working Principle of PEX250×1200 Jaw crusher
This series jaw crusher adopts electric motor as the power, and the eccentric shaft is revolved by an electric motor through v-belts. It causes the swing jaw to follow the pre concerted path and crush the in-fed materials, and then the materials will be crushed in the crushing chamber which is composed of the stationary jaw plate, swing jaw plate and the liner plate. Finally the finished materials are discharged from the lower part of machine.
Please carefully examine the fasteners, especially the lubrication components and bolts before starting the machine. Enough oil is needed on each lubrication component. Fasten the loose bolts, clean the crushing cavity, and then start the machine. Insufficient load or over load is not allowed. Moving jaw plate, fixed jaw plate, side guard plate and roof plate are wearing parts, and much attention should be paid to them.

- Q: For a project im doing in school i have to make a can crusher that works off a 9v motor.9v's seems a bit low to me but my teacher said its been done b4 of course he wont help me ha.ive searched online but thers very few exampes some youtube videos but i cant make out how they work.anybody know how i would go about making this?im thinking of using the motor attached to a high ratio gear train to push a piston against the can and the flat side of what im calling the crushing chamberwill this work?is ther away of getting more linear force out of a 9v motor?any help would be great thanksalso the device cannot exceed 300mm in any dimension.
- do you know how to connect a pump to motor? i would do something like that. not a real pump, just the pushing part of it, i would connect it to a wheel or something like that, which would connect to the motor. of course you have to lead the end of the pipe in tube. so it goes like this. you cut out a wheel of aluminium or wood. you connect the centre of the wheel to the motor. you take a stick, you fix it to the front side, near to the edge of the wheel. you make sure that the stick can turn around of its fixed point. to the other end of the stick you fix a wheel which is the size of the can. you hang the stick into a tube which can have a door for the can or something. you fix the whole thing, you have to do some math to know the geometry but no force or something i think it should work perfectely
