Application of PEX250×750 Jaw crusher
This series of jaw crusher can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even. They are widely applied to crush high hardness, mid hardness and soft rocks and ores such as slags, construction materials, marble, etc. The pressure resistance strength is under 200Mpa, that is, suitable for primary crush.They can be used in mining, metallurgical industry, construction, road and railwaybuilding, conversancy, chemistry, etc.
Working Principle of PEX250×750 Jaw crusher
This series jaw crusher adopts electric motor as the power, and the eccentric shaft is revolved by an electric motor through v-belts. It causes the swing jaw to follow the pre concerted path and crush the in-fed materials, and then the materials will be crushed in the crushing chamber which is composed of the stationary jaw plate, swing jaw plate and the liner plate. Finally the finished materials are discharged from the lower part of machine.
Please carefully examine the fasteners, especially the lubrication components and bolts before starting the machine. Enough oil is needed on each lubrication component. Fasten the loose bolts, clean the crushing cavity, and then start the machine. Insufficient load or over load is not allowed. Moving jaw plate, fixed jaw plate, side guard plate and roof plate are wearing parts, and much attention should be paid to them.

If your air handler is in your garage you can install a air register that you can open and close. this will give you heat when needed and cool. at the very top of your air handler is a large box that your air go throught make sure of this befor you cut a hole and install the air register this box will be insulated with some type of silver insulation if your air handler is not there. let me know where your air handler is and i can give you more ideals

- There are two very good answers already to select a high quality headphone set and not just a kiddie gimmick over-hyped garbage unit. But.... keep in mind, that like it or not, headphones can be dangerous. Running up the volume with serious bass will quickly destroy your hearing .... forever....... The basic principal is that if others can hear the sound around you, then the volume is way too high. So, if this is your goal, better plan on extending your shopping to include a hearing aid in about 10 years.
