2、Light weight , steel formwork is 110kg/m2, and the pressed Beam formwork is only 30KG/M2. The single pressed beam is only 2.5KG, Wood I-jiost is only 5kg , Tim Beam is only 50% of Wood I-jiost.

3、Universality, One piece Tim Beam can be material of beam , wall , column,slab , moreover Tim Beam can be used as girder also can be used as secondary beam .
