How does solar light works?
Solar light uses solar panel with photovoltaic effect principle to receive solar radiation during the day, then converted into electrical energy, after that store in batteries by charge-discharge controller, while at night when the illumination gradually reduced to about 10LUX, the open circuit voltage of solar panels reaches the set value, after the discharge controller detects the voltage value then action, the battery discharge current to the lamp, solar light; when the battery is discharged to the set value, battery stops discharge, the solar light turned off. Or the next day when the illumination is higher than about 10LUX, charge and discharge controller action, the battery discharge suspended, solar panel starts battery charging.

- this is not exactly a dumb question because some people feel that they are too dark or too light but just be happy and think you're beautiful the way you are. i'm not going to sit here and down talk to you because of how you feel but a few suggestions are limit your time in the sun, keep you skin clean, drink good amounts of water nothing loaded with sugar and artificial flavors, and you can use creams you might find in the store such as neutrogena, or clean nd clear for skin lightning not for acne, daily. eventually you'll see some results, not much but you will see a difference.

- Q: How exaclty does a black light work
- I assume you are asking about how a black light source generates ultraviolet light. The principal is the same as for all flourescent lights. Ionized gas inside the bulb is excited by the current passing through it and it emits photons. Phosphorescent material inside the surface of the flourescent bulb is excited by the high energy photons striking from the inside. The photons push the electrons in the phosphor into higher orbits temporarily. These electrons subsequently emit photons at specific frequencies as they fall back into the orbits from which they came. The phosphor material is selected for the frequencies it produces. Hence the different colors or warmth of flourescent bulbs and in the case of black lights primarily ultraviolet and violet colors are produced. If you were asking about how the black light makes things glow, it is exactly the same principal of phosphorescence, but the other way around. The high energy photons from the ultraviolet lamp strike phosphors that are added to laundry detergent hat never quite rinses from your clothes. Those phosphors then glow in the blue-white range. The effect of the detergents is intentional and makes the clothes look brighter in the sun (which has ultraviolet in its spectrum) or under other bright lights.

- Light has momentum and can knock a physical object ( electron ) from its orbit. It contains energy which you can feel when subjected to a beam of light. If you stop light it ceases to have any existence. Hence it cannot be matter and from that presumably you could never call it a substance.
