Q:Why is it anyone elses business? Studies have proven time and time again that drug testing is useless for determining preformance.: I agree mostly. The purpose of drug testing other than pre employment, is so that when someone gets hurt on the job and comes up dirty the company is not liable and can fire the person. Maybe they should test people for being tired or perhaps overworked and stressed too that way they could get out of even more Workman's comp cases. I think you should be tested with a Breathalyzer to see if you are drunk but not drug tested. That is bullshit. If you are drunk on the job you should loose your job, and you really shouldn't be getting high at work. But there is no test to see when you got high only that you had gotten high at some point within the last month or so. It is also a means to divide and conquer the populace. But lets not get into that.

Q:we have one oil refinery. The spare parts which we keep for the repair of machinery can be a part of our inventory or not?: I don't think so. Your Business is refining oil. You sell refined oil. You buy it, you work it, you have it in inventory and you sell it. OIL. The equipment is just that: equipments. Parts for it would be supplies I believe.

Q:I really what to know difference between power tools and ordinary tools .Is it specially design to do some special kind of work or it is of full power as the word describes ??: Power tools need electric power and hand tools need hand power. They both have there good qualities. Power tools are much faster but need power that may not always be available, and usually are pretty bulky and sometimes won't fit in the area you need to work in. Hand tools on the other hand are slower but can fit almost anywhere and don't require any power. Hope this helped.
