- You have to battle all of the gyms first, then go to pallet town to recieve your starters. You can circle the Kanto region and get there any time, and meet Professor Oak, but you won't recieve the starters until you beat all of the gyms. Take it from a guy with a level 95 Charizard.

- 1 feet = 12 inches => 20 = 480 inches if they are contained length wise then the answer is 480/48 = 10 plates if they are contained breath wise then we get 480/40 = 12 plates

- theres a new pallette! the 88 warm palette is 88 different neutrals...and everyone i know that has it, loves it! if its just for personal use, i would suggest getting that palette, because its more wearable :]
- Q: So I'm beginning to get more into makeup and would really like to start doing my eyeshadow, I've looked at the bh cosmetics a lot and really like them because they aren't to cheap or to expensive and I think it would be a great purchase to start of with. So I want to know what pallets do any of you makeup artist recommend I should get? I'm not to crazy about doing to bright or glittery colors I'm more into the neutral look and I really like the peachy colors to I just want to be able to do every day looks that are pretty but not to much but I can't decide on which pallets there are so many and it's a bit overwhelming to choose lol. - Wet n Wild is super cheap and really good. They have a lot of palettes, so you should check them out. There's ones with 8 colors and ones with 3. most are 3 colors. I have a neutral one called walking on eggshells and omg its really nice. very pigmented and smooth.

- You sound like that Mexican who stole a bus to prove that he could drive one and he smashed it up trying to get away from the cops... LOL If you are not invited to an interview or instructed as to what they want you to do, then throwing pallets around is likely causing disruption of their work environment not showing them your stuff. If you want to work for someone else, you have to show them that you can take orders and that you are a kiss-up. You sound like you should be your own boss and contract your labor out to various companies rather than work for one. Hire someone to manage you. You can do this through a temp agency or start one yourself. Hire some squirrelly guy with glasses to find work for you. Don't pay him up front... tell him he is a partner with a 5% share and have him handle the accounting for you as well.
- Q: to take up old grass, prep, lay sod..he quoted us $6,600.00 for 8,500 sq feet yard...but, he told us this was for EMPIRE Zoysia grass...yet we found out that it was another grass El Toro Zoysia...without informing us he was doing this...and the sod laid, gaps wide enough that is visible, p,us he has about two pallets left now for two days sitting...he was to show up, and gave excuses...the pallets of sod came mostly brownish in color, with little green...I already gave him $3500.00 What can I do at this point to get my money back?
