- Q: Last night I couldn't sleep and woke up at 3 in the morning, there was something stuck to the under part of my arm that was itchy, so I took it off, but I had a feeling that it was a bug, so I looked at it under the and sure enough it was a little bug. I recently watched a show about bed bugs and so I was already paranoid about them but I never thought I would actually find out, but there it was. I looked it up on the internet, to compare it to a real photo and I'm certain it was a bed bug. I was completely creeped out and couldn't sleep in my bed after that, I slept on the couch. I've never had a problem like this before, and I don't know where they came from. I looked under the mattress and boxspring and around the room but I didn't see any bugs or feces. My plan is to vacuum the bed and the entire room, put some bug spray on the mattress and wash everything. Is it possible that there would be bugs inside the mattress? Are there definetly more bugs even if I cant see anything?

- Q: I dont want them climbing on a bunk bed. A trundle bed seems good but I dont know much about how safe they are. Some one mentioned a Captians bed, I dont know what that is. What do you guys think?
- The only thing with a trundle bed is that they are going to fight over which one gets which one. I don't know what a Captains bed is either. For my daughter we just got a twin box spring/mattress and just used that, that way if she falls off, it's not a long drop and she can get up onto it easily. Depending on how old your kids are, the one on the top part of the trundle bed could roll off onto the child that is on the lower part. You could get two box spring/mattresses and have them sleep on that instead of sharing a bed or something like sharing a bed. Good Luck and I hope I have helped you.

Also the acne scars and any discolor on my face really evens out. It also helps my face stay less greasy. When I'm not tanning I have very oily skin and notice I have to powder my nose every time I look in to a mirror. If you choose to get a tanning member ship to help clear up your skin or get color I still recommend you try to not go every day.

- If you intend the newborn to go straight to a crib, I'd buy a second crib as 16 months is pretty early to put a baby in a big bed. You will likely just have issues with her getting out all.the.time during transition that isn't something you want to do at the tail end of pregnancy NOR while you have a frequently waking newborn to deal with. Plus if she happens to be one of the kids that actually likes her crib, she may feel more jealous if she is moved out then it is given to the baby. Some children LOVE the big girl bed some just miss their old nest.
