Its construction method is to evenly spread aggregate wear-resistant particles on the surface layer of the concrete when the floor is just pouring concrete and solidified, and then a firm flame retardant layer will be formed on the surface layer. This is the the so-called carborundum wear-resisting floor. But this kind of material has many limitations and can only be used on the surface of the just poured concrete. In addition, it is easy to fade in color and not beautiful in appearance. So this is not fireproof floor in the strict sense. Here we focus on a new liquid coating fire protection floor, which is environment friendly, widely used and beautiful in appearance. 3. Wear-resistant floor has the characteristics of pressure resistance, strong wear resistance,oil resistance, and anti-infiltration. It is also dust-free and easy to clean. After entering the initial setting of concrete, construction can be started immediately. Construction period is usually longer, but better using effect will arise.

Polystyrene foam plastic can not be used as fireproofing material; polystyrene foam plastic is made up of polystyrene resin as main component, foaming?agent and other additives. It is a buffer material which is most widely used[1]. It is closed hole structure, so it has low water-absorbing quality and excellent water resistance; low density, about 0.015 ~0.03; good mechanical strength, excellent buffer?performance; good machinability, easy to be moulded; good dyeing property, thermal adaptability and anti-radiation; high dimensional accuracy, uniform structure. Therefore, it has a large share in external wall thermal insulation. But it will emit polluted styrene gas when burning. It is a kind of class B material in construction.

Q:Which are roofing fireproofing material?
(1) Foamed concrete is a kind of fire-proof thermal inuslation matertial featured by good fire resistance and thermal insulation. Besides, it is also characterized by excellent sound proofing, penetration resistance, easy construction, safety and environmental protection without toxin and pollution. (2) Foam glass is featured by light weight, small heat conductivity coefficient and water absorbption, non-inflammability, fire resistance, high strength, no moulding, corrosion resistance, non-toxin and stable physical and chemical properties and thus widely used petroleum, chemical engineering and underground construction. It is also featured by thermal insualtion, heat/cold preservation and sound absorbption and thus can be used for thermal insulation of external wall and roof of civil builduing. (3) With slag, basalt and other natural ore as the main raw material, rock wool, mineral wool and its products are made by high temperature melting into fiber, and then processing with binder. (4) With phenolic foam material as main material, phenolic resin plate is made by foaming thermoset phenolic resin. It is featured by light weight, fire resistance, no burning in the air, no smoking, non-toxin, no dropping and non-embrittlement and thus is an ideal thermal insulation material used in HAVC projects. Due to its high obturator formamen rate, low heat conductivity coefficient, good thermal insulation, water resistance and water vapor permeability, phenolic foam is an ideal thermal insulation material.
