I have tried nail polish remover, WD-40, bleach, soap and water, rubbing alcohol, body spray, vinegar, hair spray, and even liquid sandpaper and only the nail polish remover affected it but only very little, it just made the ink a bit more transparent but it didn't remove it completely. Is there anyway to remove the ink completely: try a dry eraser marker, go over the other marker then erase

This stuff works very well but clean cement first with a good cement cleaner and for really bad stains/spots use muratic acid and flush off completely, then dry good from sun. I am not real positive this adhesive will come in clear and if not the adhesive may show through. You may have to buy it by the can and brush it on.
