Color: various colors, we can make color according to Panton card No.
Quality Standard: Smooth surface, no spot, no shrink mark, no surface quality defect.Check from cross section, homogeneous in density, good plasticizing degree, relative chemical/physical property meet customer requirement. We supply different environment protection products to meet different market requirement.
2.Features of PVC pipes :
1)Light weight, easy to load and unload: PVC pipe is very light, convenient to handle loading unloading, and installing.
2)Good chemicals and drugs resistance: PVC pipe has its excellent resistance to the erosion caused by acids and alkalines, a great help to the chemical industries.
3)Small resistance to fluidity: The smooth surface reduces resistance to the fluids. Its roughness coefficient is only 0.009, much less than other pipes, Under same discharges, smaller cabibre of the pipe can be uesd.
4) Good electrical insulation: excellent insulation nature against electricity. the pvc pipe can be served as conduits and pipes in construction cable and wire.
5) Water quality unaffected: The solution tests on the PVC pipe show no affect on water quality when the water flows through is. It is considered the best piping material for running water works.

- Q: For a while the little plastic handle on my car's dipstick has been broken, some of the handle is still on the stick. Today as I was changing my oil I tried to get the dipstick out but couldn't, after some tries I accidentally chipped off a bit of the plastic, causing the dipstick to slide down 1 inch into the tube. I have read that this is not necessarily a problem, but I'm still worried. I tried extracting it by super gluing one end of a small rod to the dipstick but have had no success. How can I extract the dipstick without having to see a mechanic?
- Try getting some needle nose pliers and pull it out from the top that way. You could also try using one of those magnet on a stick things.
- Q: How do plastic tubes compare to fiberglass tubes in terms of strength?
- Plastic tubes generally have lower strength compared to fiberglass tubes. Fiberglass tubes are known for their high strength-to-weight ratio, superior stiffness, and resistance to bending and compression. On the other hand, plastic tubes are more flexible but tend to be less durable, making them less suitable for applications requiring high strength and structural integrity.
- Q: I'm assuming that toothpaste tubes are made of a metal of some sort but i'm not sure what the exact material used is?does anyone know and why?
- Toothpaste tubes are made from three basic materials: aluminum, plastic, and glue. Typically, toothpaste tubes have outer and inner layers of polyethylene, a plastic, with a layer of aluminum foil glued between them. The inner plastic layer does not react chemically with the active ingredients in toothpaste.
- Q: I've seen these plastic things that you put on the toothpaste tube and you slide it up and you're able to get all the toothpaste out. Does anyone know what the names of these things are, I would like to purchase some. Thanks
- No, but they are in stores by the dental products.
- Q: The water dispenser tube on the outside front has a hard yellow substance on the end of the tube. I don't know what it is or how to get the tube out to clean it.
- Sounds like sulphur. You must have sulphur in your water. Scrap it off and expect to have to do it again. Good luck I believe the GE models the tube is foamed in place not changable by itself. The entire door would have to be changed out. very expenssive. Try a small bottle type brush to clear it. Good luck
- Q: how do you get 2 pieces of plastic tube unstuck?
- Try this, make one end cold and the other end hot. The cold pipe will contract and the warm pipe will expand, making it easier to separate.
- Q: Have an 01 Nissan Sentra and the dipstick handle broke of and while trying to get the dipstick out it got pushed in about 3-4 inches. How do we get it out? Is it safe to move the vehicle while its in there? Please help thank you.
- Unbolt the dip stick tube and you'll be able to push it up and out from the bottom of the tube. It's a fairly common problem with the dip sticks that have a plastic top. Over time due to the heat their exposed to they become brittle and the plastic ring snaps off. A magnet won't work because the top is plastic. The tube is usually held in with a 10 or 12mm bolt. Yes it's safe to move it. Good luck and hope this helps.
- Q: They are maybe a foot and a half long and are a hard hollow plastic tube. There is a sound maker inside and when you turn the toy vertically gravity pulls the sound maker down and noise comes out. It goes OOOOOOOOOOOAAHHHHH!!! I know that's a funny spelling, I laughed just typing it but hopefully someone will know what I'm talking about.
- Giggle sticks. I love those things!!!
- Q: Do plastic tubes have any limitations in terms of light transmission?
- Yes, plastic tubes can have limitations in terms of light transmission. The type of plastic used, its thickness, and the presence of additives or impurities can affect the amount of light that can pass through the tube. Some plastics may have higher light absorption or scattering properties, which can reduce the amount of light transmitted through the tube. Additionally, longer or curved plastic tubes may cause further light loss due to internal reflection or refraction.
- Q: What is the minimum diameter of transparent plastic tubes?
- The minimum diameter of transparent plastic tubes can vary depending on the specific type of plastic used and the manufacturing process. However, in general, transparent plastic tubes can have diameters as small as a few millimeters.
