1.Description of PVC Pipe :
Material: Virgin Rigid PVC resin, no recycle material
Process: vacuum forming extrusion
Color: various colors, we can make color according to Panton card No.
Quality Standard: Smooth surface, no spot, no shrink mark, no surface quality defect.Check from cross section, homogeneous in density, good plasticizing degree, relative chemical/physical property meet customer requirement. We supply different environment protection products to meet different market requirement.
2.Features of PVC pipes :
1)  Light weight, easy to load and unload: PVC pipe is very light, convenient to handle loading unloading, and installing.
2)  Good chemicals and drugs resistance: PVC pipe has its excellent resistance to the erosion caused by acids and alkalines, a great help to the chemical industries.
3) Small resistance to fluidity: The smooth surface reduces resistance to the fluids. Its roughness coefficient is only 0.009, much less than other pipes, Under same discharges, smaller cabibre of the pipe can be uesd.
4) Strong mechanical strength: Good resistance to water pressure, outside impact and pressure, is satisfied under any conditions.

Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to heat?
Plastic tubes have varying degrees of heat resistance depending on the type of plastic used. Some plastics, like polypropylene and PTFE, have excellent heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures, while others, like PVC, have lower heat resistance and may deform or melt at elevated temperatures. Therefore, it is important to consider the specific type of plastic when determining its heat resistance capabilities.
Q: Are plastic tubes prone to cracking or breaking?
Yes, plastic tubes are prone to cracking or breaking, especially when subjected to excessive pressure, extreme temperatures, or if they are made from low-quality materials.
Q: Can plastic tubes be easily cleaned or sterilized?
Yes, plastic tubes can be easily cleaned and sterilized. They can be washed with soap and water, and then sterilized using various methods such as autoclaving, chemical disinfection, or steam sterilization.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for cold-fill applications?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for cold-fill applications.
Q: What are the common diameters of drainage plastic tubes?
The common diameters of drainage plastic tubes range from 2 inches to 6 inches.
Q: I want to bleed my clutch but I was wondering if I can do it without the plastic tube that goes on the bleed nipel??? Help?
Yes, but it is a bit messy. Same procedure - person A opens the nipple about 1/2 turn, person B presses the clutch pedal down, A closes the nipple finger tight, B pulls the pedal up with his foot, repeat.... Use rags, paper towels, shop towels, or whatever to soak up the brake fluid as it comes out. An important note is that brake fluid is subject to spontaneous combustion when soaked up. (Brake fluid is a notorious part of the arsonist's toolbox.) Wet the soaked rags with water and seal them in a zip-lock bag or something else to keep air out before disposing of them.
Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to discoloration?
Yes, plastic tubes are generally resistant to discoloration.
Q: I have a plastic container cage I D.I.Y.ed and was thinking of adding a few other D.I.Y.ed plastic containers to the cage but I need some tubes to connect them, I could buy some tubes but I wanted to see if anyone any ideas for cheap D.I.Y. tubes. If you can include links of examples it would be cool but don't worry if you can't. THANKS
It would be a lot safer and easier to buy the tubes, even if it is more expensive. Please just buy them, because DIY tubes could be unsuitable, there is always a chance that mice could chew through it or it could break while they're inside it. Sorry I couldn't help much :)
Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to chemical degradation?
Yes, plastic tubes are generally resistant to chemical degradation.
Q: How can we prevent static electricity from producing plastic tubes for flammable liquids?
Antistatic plastic pipes usually contain conductive materials such as metal powder or carbon black, so they can conduct current to ground
