Product Features
1. Corrosion resistance
PPR pipes and fittings can resistant to most chemical corrosion; it can withstand PH value range 1-14 high concentration of acid and alkali corrosion over a wide temperature range.
2. Installation performance
PPR pipe PPR pipe is light in weight, and the operation installation is easy, which make it available to weld again. It is very important that pipe and pipe fittings can be welded together in seconds with a simple tool. Compared to traditional connection methods it can save 40%~50% of the time.
3. Safety Indicators
The basic component of PPR is carbon and hydrogen which is simple. It keeps in line with food hygiene regulations, non-toxic. If you use PPR pipe, there will no dirt in the inner wall or “secondary water pollution” caused by rust any more.PPR pipe ,green building materials, is more suitable for transporting drinking water.

Advantages of PPR pipe
1. Maximum operating temperature can up to 95℃; it can work in a long term under the condition of 70℃ and 1.0Mpa.
2. PPR pipe density is only 1/8 of metal pipe; pressure resistance strength test is up 5Mpa, with good toughness, impact resistance.
3. Inner diameter of PPR pipe is little bigger than that of pipe fittings, which can ensure not to increase the resistance to fluid flow.
4. Inner wall of PPR pipe is smooth, no rust, no scaling, small fluid resistance
5. PPR pipe has excellent insulation properties, can significantly reduce the vibration and noise caused by the flow of liquid.
6. PPR pipe energy consumption is only 20% of steel pipe; its thermal coefficient is also only 1/200 of steel pipe, reducing heat loss greatly.
7. PPR pipe is poor electrical conductor material, which can avoid galvanic corrosion phenomena.
8. With poor thermal conductivity, PPR pipe can reduce condensation.
9. PPR pipes, fittings are recyclable.

Q: What's the transparent plastic pipe in the aquarium? A black plug is plugged in. Do you want the water in the pipe?
The nozzle with the plug is higher than the water surface, and the other end is inserted on the thin manifold of the water outlet of the pump. Do not use oxygen alone
Q: My bridge had broken and I got someone to make me a new one, but when I reviewed it over, I noticed they moved the plastic tube to the bottom of the violin. Should I not worry about it or have someone fix it?
Does the bridge have a protective cover glued to it under the string - it's called a parchment? Or does the bridge have an insert in it, usually made from Ebony? If either of these is a yes, you don't need the tube. If the answer was no to both, the tube should probably be there to protect the bridge from the string cutting in. Here is a pic of the two possibilities I've mentioned.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for electrical wiring?
No, plastic tubes cannot be used for electrical wiring as they do not provide adequate protection and insulation for the wires.
Q: What are the advantages and disadvantages of PPR plastic pipes compared with steel pipes?
Advantages and disadvantages are as follows:1, light weight: unit length, weight is only 1/6 of cast iron pipe;2, high strength: tensile strength of more than 45Mpa;3, small resistance: pipe wall smooth, no fouling, the same caliber pipe along the head loss is more than 30% lower than cast iron pipe, can save a lot of operation
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for household plumbing?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for household plumbing.
Q: I have my sink clogged and I really wonder that I can use the drain opener to clear it off. My concern is that the sinks have plastic tubes. Will pouring the drain opener through them be harmful?
yes, it's OK. PVC is not prone to etching or deterioration due to drain cleaner use. extensive testing was done in the past with PVC P traps filled with drain cleaner for years and it showed no deterioration.
Q: Would exsanguination happen? Say the plastic tube is inserted and then left ignored. Blood flows out through the tube.Would the blood clot in the tube? Would the vein involved constrict and cut off flow? Would the patient die?
It's unlikely that the patient would exsanguinate, especially if we are talking about a peripheral IV and not a central line. Yes, it is possible for blood loss to occur. Yes, blood can clot in the tube. This is what heplocks and flushes are for--to prevent this kind of thing when you don't have anything flowing through the IV.
Q: Hello. I bought a Stentor Conservatoire Outfit and in the box is a long tube that's under the bow in the case. It is a see through tube the same length as the bow and has a black bit on each end that can be taken off.
It's a string tube. You store spare strings in it (violin strings).
Q: Is this okay?? I have him in a play area thing that has tubes and i looked over and he was asleep in them!! I kinda tapped on it to make sure he wasnt dead and he kinda woke up then went right back to sleep....
thats normal! I had two teddy bear hamsters, and they loved sleeping in those plastic tubes! I had those colorful plastic cages that had holes and places for tubes that led to other cages and sleeping nests and hamster wheels and such! Its completely normal(:
Q: I bought some clear plastic tubing from home depot and I want to make a fluid transport. Can I drink from it. On the tube it says don't use for ice machines
It would probably be fine. You could ask the store or the manufacturer. You can also ask them what type of plastic it is and if it contains BPA. It seems like it was made for water to go in so hopefully it would not degrade over time like how cheap plastic thin water bottles you buy from the store often do, that's why it's recommended not to re-use those non-reusable water bottles to many times or else you will see it degrade and see plastic partials and will be consuming plastic and that's bad for your health. If you try to scratch the surface, if it does not scratch easily, then it's a better quality, compared to others that would degrade fast. As long as it will not degrade, it should be ok. Also if it doesn't smell like anything, it should be ok. If it smells strongly like chemicals than that's probably bad, and you don't want to be consuming those chemicals are leaching out. If at any point the plastic starts to degrades so that plastic partials are falling off, you should at least use a filter, because you don't want to consume plastic particles. You can also start out with putting a small high quality water purifier at the drinking end, just to make sure.
