- Q:I have a bank of 40 deep cycle batteries for power to my cabin. I want to cahrge these batteries using a 10KW generator. I am looking for a charge controller that will automatically run the generator when charge gets low in the battery bank and shut down the generator when it is fully charged. Any ideas?

- If a person is not mentally competent, he/she cannot legally execute a valid POA. You would need to establish a conservatorship. See an attorney.
- Q:Hello-I am in the process of buying a house that was repossesed from the bank The house has no power to it and the water system is currently winterized That means I can't tell if the furnace is OK, I can't tell if the well has water in it or if the water system is OK, I can't tell if the septic system is OK either WHat can I do to make sure I an not buying more headaches than I know what to do with? - I too have been recently looking at repo's, tax buys etc. Your safest bet is to find out how much you can make if everything is in perfect order. Then figure out how much it costs to replace everything you are concerned about. IE. Septic, well, furnace, electrical upgrade.may all cost $30,000.00 If your house is worth 20%more than these costs plus the cost of purchase you are laughing. Any less than 20% you could still make money or build equity, it just takes longer may cause some worry with market fluctuation. I would be more concerned about leins, taxes or title issues rather than property itself. Good luck

- I think the government is covertly being run by the banks. The banks are like a fourth branch of government. Think about it. The banks were first created by Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr. Chase Bank which has now merged with J.P. Morgan, still operates under it's original 1799 charter. Chase Bank still owns the dueling pistols used by Hamilton and Burr. The Chase Bank was the Rockefeller Bank. John D. Rockefeller, Jr. was married to Sen. Nelson Aldrich's daughter. Sen. Aldrich sponsored the legislation that created the federal reserve bank. You can read about the Whitney family and the Payne family and see the connections they had between politics, standard oil and the banking business. Government cannot operate without the banks, and the banks cannot operate without the help of government. One the politicians leave office, they are naturally attracted to the greedy profession of banking. Look at Prescott Bush and his relationship with Brown Brothers Harriman. Take a look at Archibald Roosevelt, son of FDR who worked at the Chase Bank for Rockefeller. The list of people moving from government to banking is very long indeed. How many treasury secretarys can you count that came from the banking field and went back into it after leaving office? There is a revolving door between politics and banking that is mostly invisible to the public. So, where does banking end and government begin? Probably the answer can be found on the balance sheet of the companies in their portfolio's. If all the former politicians of the past 100 years, their families, and their descendants had all their money tied up in J.P. Morgan Chase Bank/Citicorp, with the descendants of those politicians on the boards of directors, that almost sounds like a government banking operation to me. There is no hope for us, my friend.

- 1st~ The power outlets in Taiwan are the same as in the US, the same 110 sockets and the same shape plugs. The only difference is that some of them don't have the 3rd prong for grounding a plug.

- The simplest way is to have her wire the money into your account, make the initial purchase in your name, and then you deed it straight over to her. However, that still leaves you open to Title problems, such as undisclosed liens, which the Seller might be hiding or might be unaware of, and Fraud, such as a Seller who doesn't own the property, or curable defects such as improper Probate in the record, then there are Environmental concerns, and the list goes on. Bottom line is that you need an attorney, and the attorney already knows what the Power of Attorney has to be, it's a commonly used form in such transactions, and there might be issues with a foreign-executed POA. As bigreg says, get an attorney, don't try this on your own.
