1.Description of PVC Pipe :
Material: Virgin Rigid PVC resin, no recycle material
Process: vacuum forming extrusion
Color: various colors, we can make color according to Panton card No.
Quality Standard: Smooth surface, no spot, no shrink mark, no surface quality defect.Check from cross section, homogeneous in density, good plasticizing degree, relative chemical/physical property meet customer requirement.

2.Features of PVC Pipes :
1)Light weight, easy to load and unload: PVC pipe is very light, convenient to handle loading unloading, and installing.
2)Good chemicals and drugs resistance: PVC pipe has its excellent resistance to the erosion caused by acids and alkalines, a great help to the chemical industries.
3) Good electrical insulation: excellent insulation nature against electricity. the pvc pipe can be served as conduits and pipes in construction cable and wire.
4) Small resistance to fluidity: The smooth surface reduces resistance to the fluids. Its roughness coefficient is only 0.009, much less than other pipes, Under same discharges, smaller cabibre of the pipe can be uesd.

Q: I have a 16 month old girl who has her first ear infection now. She has it in both ears and still has it even after her medicine was done. We have an appointment with an ear, nose and throat specialist for this Thursday, and I will be asking him the following questions.. But I also wanted to hear from people that went through this with their child. I understand that ear tubes probably won't be necessary because this is her first time with an ear infection. What exactly are ear tubes? How are they put in? What are the pros and cons of having them? I have heard that in the long run, they can cause more damage than good. And how did you soothe your little one while they were having difficulty sleeping at night? Thanks!!
Ask for the numbing ear drops...one of my children had lots of ear infections. Since then, I have been employed as a childcare director and seen many ear infections...and tubes inserted. Sometimes the tubes created secondary infections, but more times not the procedure went as planned and was uneventful.. Tubes are usually just used after successive infections. Seeing the ENT is a good idea. We ended up on a low dose of antibiotic every night for a month, along with a decongestant that did the trick...this was our last resort before tubes...that was 20 years ago...these days they will be quicker to do tubes. From an early ed perspective, you will want to make sure that she hears things correctly because she is forming launguage now. Most children are in and out the same day and then back to childcare the next day as long as they were fever free. Hope this helps. Get the numbing drops!!!
Q: the tube is a 24 inch tube how do i use it onit?
Read the directions that came with it.
Q: Can the rusty iron pipe be sawed off and connected to the plastic tube?
The two scheme, if the specifications of the iron pipe, and not big, in 2 inches below, there are ready to buy quickly, buy a back and plastic pipe butt. If the iron pipe is too big or not in the specification, use pig iron to weld the mouth of the tooth you need.
Q: How can the pipe support for water supply and drainage be calculated?
DN32 above pipe support calculation, according to different materials, different installation position, different connection way difference calculation, the stent spacing can refer to the specifications (actual construction will be smaller than the specification)
Q: Wondering if there is any health risk associated with putting pieces of copper pipe, plastic PVC (?) pipe, or garden hose pieces into a campfire? I have been to campfires where these things have been put into the fire, and it does make the fire turn all kinds of colors. Just wondering if it's safe to sit around the burning campfire with these things added....
The fine soot that the pvc gives off will enter your lungs and deposit HCL there. If you get too big a snoot full, you end up with a pneumonia like sickness and you can imitate people who have been in house fires where the furnature burns. They come out with black snot and are really sick the next day. Copper pipe shouldn't get you too bad but locally a woman whose husband burned wires to get copper scrap almost lost a leg to an infection that was a reaction site to copper poisoning. Stay upwind!
Q: can you use copper piping to fire firework rockets instead of plastic tubes ?
Yes. It's also safer than PVC too.
Q: Two identical strong magnets are dropped simultaneously by two students into two vertical tubes of the same dimensions (see figure below). One tube is made of copper, and the other is made of plastic.
The magnet dropped through the plastic tube. Plastic doesn't conduct electric currents with anywhere near the ability of the copper tube. The magnet dropped through the copper tube will induce a voltage around the loop as per Faraday's law of induction. Such a voltage creates a current through the tube, and that current makes this copper tube act as an electromagnet. This electromagnet will apply a force to the magnet which opposes the gravitational force on the magnet. How do I know it will oppose? Because of conservation of energy. In order for the current dissipating heat in the copper tube (due to the voltage and current combination), the magnetic force MUST do negative work on the falling magnet, such that the magnet does work on the tube as it falls.
Q: just curious about commerce. . .
Because they are not making plastic tube radios anymore. Human bones are made all the time.
Q: PVC plastic pipe in the underground, what need to diameter, the hoop and flange is a kind of thing?
The hoop is usually used to make commonly known as pipe clamp, hose fastener with temporary fasteners, also can be used for temporary plugging. Flanges are also called flanges or flanges.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for gas lines?
No, plastic tubes are not suitable for gas lines as they are not strong enough to handle high-pressure gases, are prone to degradation and can potentially leak or cause safety hazards.
