Q: I have a camcorder which can be operated without battery attached but AC/DC power adapter with DC output 5.2 V - 1A.From the internet I understand that PowerBank provide 5 V - 1A output.Assuming that I do a modification of the USB cable jack of the power-bank so it can fit to the camcorder hole where the AC/DC power-adapter jack goes in :with this power-bank as a power supply (not for battery recharging) :will my camcorder runs normally just like when it runs from AC/DC power adapter ?If the camcorder runs - is it safe for my camcorder running from the power-bank as it's power supply ?I also wonder, why my battery camcorder is DC 3.5V - 860 mAh not 5V - 1A just like the DC output from camcorder adapter ?Any kind of respond will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advanced.
If the camera's own adapter supplies 5.2V it should run equally well on 5V. The camera has internal circuitry to drop that voltage to the 3.5V level coming from the internal battery. Your second question is partly answered by that as well. As for the difference between 860 and 1, they are different units. 860 mAh is a capacity for work - it will deliver 860 mA for 1 hour or 430 mA for 2hours. My guess is that the camcorder will draw something like 900 mA and run for slightly less than 1 hour. The capability of the adapter to supply 1000mA does not mean that the camera takes that amount. It is good engineering practice to provide a safety factor: the power supply will not run so hot if it is working below its maximum.
Q: 1993 american eagle with a cummins 325hp. In a couple of months plan to head west. I was toid the have a banks system instslled. Would give me more plus an exhust brake. So pros and cons
Hi A turbo is best for mountain hopping. Loss of HP is minimal because it packs in more air as the air gets thinner the higher up. A turbo turns a thousand times faster with every foot of elevation. Wild eh !
Q: A lot of people point to the legislation that repealed the Glass-Steagal Act in the late 1990's - especially the bipartisan Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (written by Republicans; signed by Democrat President Bill Clinton). But it seems like the big banks had a lot of power even before then. When and why did the American voters decide to give these big banks so much power over our political and economic systems?Because to me, this seems like a really dumb decision. Why were so many Americans so dumb for so long?
There were alot of major bank mergers in the early-mid 1990's. It was largely ignored by people at the time, but I remember doing quite a bit of research on a few of them during college. There was alot of talk of social power through the banks (incidental to what I was looking into at the time.I just remember the mergers described as good as to bringing that about). If one read between the lines then, with a more conservative or libertarian perspective.one could see some major problems coming. If one read it from a liberal or progressive perspective.one might think it quite wonderful as to a tool for change.
Q: CITI-BANK,CHASE MANHATTAN,BANK OF AMERICA,for those who couldn't pay their credit cards.
You know, the Federal government has all the power in the world because they already have the ability to freeze any US citizen's bank account. If they actually come to OWN the banks, it would seem well within their power to do just like you suggest. It scares me how much power this government is gaining.
Q: How does the mobile power charge?
2. your mobile power, the internal lithium battery capacity attenuation or too small, the latter your cell phone battery capacity is great.
Q: Guys can you help me out with this?List down methods of improving power factor and explain why. Thanks in advance.I need it in my take home exam. TY
Methods Of Improving Power Factor
Q: Hi i'm 16 years old and last year i picked up a 1987 chevy k20. Even though it is an 87 it doesnt have the throttle body injection it has a edelbrock 4 barrel carb. All it has is that carb a set of headers and dual straight pipe exhaust. Can anyone tell me about how much hp and torque i should be putting out as is? Also if theres any other ways i can increase power without breaking the bank. Its going to be a daily driver that i wanna be able to have a little fun with in the fields and in the mud, and hill climbs and so forth. Also i will be using it to haul trailer loads of scrap. Any suggestions?
As is, if the parts were replaced correctly, about 225 horse power. For one thing, Seems like the modifications were intended more to make the truck loud instead of more powerful. Loud does not always equal powerful. Did the installer simply slap on a few random parts or did they take the time to tune the engine and jet the carburetor? If the installer failed to jet the carburetor with these changes the engine could have actually lost about 15% power and fuel economy. Let's face it. Horsepower costs money. At least if you want to make any serious power. The biggest restriction on the Gen 1 SBC was not the mufflers or the intake, it was the cylinder heads. You can't make any serious power on a smogger SBC with the factory stock heads no matter what cam, intake, carb, or headers you use. But the problem is that a decent set of aftermarket heads cost big bucks. A decent set will set you back a couple of grand. But all in not lost if you are mechanically inclined and got the guts. You can port and polish your own heads to make them flow better. If you are a little mechanically inclined this is not out of the question. While you are at it you can do some port matching. The link below is a link to a video that will help get you started. If you get good at it, think of the possibilities. You could do head work on your friends engines and make a little money. You can use this money to buy more go fast parts for your truck.
Q: And they do affect Politics to their own advantage .I have this saying that if you hand over your money to some one else then it becomes their money even if you have an agreement that they will give it back (after charging you a fee now days ).And Insurance corporations are just middle men who take your money then decide how and if they want to give it back to you.If you think there is no other legal way to store or stash money - well that is just not true .And what ever happened to paying a Doctor directly and making payments directly to a hospital ? I have a feeling that a large part of the cost of Health care does involve Medical Ins. corporations .
The fastest-growing slice of the medical profession today are physicians who allow direct pay, barter, or are in plans where you pay a low monthly fee to cover your in-office services. Strangely enough, this is how insurance *used* to be in decades past--you paid a low monthly fee and they covered non-catastrophic things. This idea that we have to cover *every* medical circumstance regardless of how improbable it might be is relatively new and is one of the factors that has led to spiraling insurance costs. Bankswell, people have always felt that banks are more secure places to store your money. If you keep a box full of cash at home then it could stolen or lost due to fire or flood. If that box of cash is in a bank then at least there is insurance to guard against its loss. If you don't want to give the bank your money, then store it in a safe deposit box--they can't touch it or use it for themselves.
Q: how is political power distributed in america.
