You can have phone checked to see if its a manufacturers defect then you can request from a replacement. If you have coverage for insurance you can also order replacement but usally there is a deductible that you would need to pay so you can get a replacement. You can also have the network in you area checked. it might not be the phone but the coverage in your areabut really seems like its a phone issue rather thatn a network issue. Good luck.
