From what I've read you should do the flooring before you do the toilet, but wouldn't you want to do the vanity before you do the flooring? Thank you!: If you are putting in a wood cabinet type vanity, you could do it before the floor. If you're doing a pedestal sink, you have to do the floor first. Some modern vanities have 'furniture style' base cabinets, also have to sit on top of a finished floor. So pick your vanity first, then you'll know if the floor has to go in first. The toilet has to sit on top of what ever flooring you have, it must go LAST. Replacing a vanity is easier than tiling a floor. In depends on the sink installation. I'd do that in a heartbeat on my own. Tile - not so much. I don't own or want to rent a wet saw to cut tile. I can imagine spending as much as it cost to hire someone. But if you've done tile before, go for it. I've removed and installed new bath fixtures. Removing was more trouble than the install (curses to Moen!) Faucets and drains were surprisingly easy.
