- You can't fix this for free.unless you know someone who will fix it for you. The screen has to be replaced. Kits can be purchased from a hardware store. You will need spline, screen and a tool especially made for replacing the spline. The spline is long rubbery stuff that holds the screen in. The tool looks similar to a pizza cutter. This is a very inexpensive repair but not free.

- If you wear a helmet it might be that it doesn't fit right. Try a different style, brand or if your state allows you to choose, try not wearing a helmet and see if you still have the problem. Do you wear glasses or sunglasses while riding? I had a pair of sunglasses that fit too tight and I use to get mild headaches. I got different sunglasses and the problem went away. I don't think it is from CO2. There's an awful lot of fresh air on a bike. I don't think you could inhale enough to cause a problem. If you try some of the suggestions made and still have a problem you might want to have a doctor check you over.

- Nylon can be an ingredient in a tire, years ago it was sometimes used for the belts. Now, it may be used as a binder in the compound, but that would be for the softer tires.

All of the internal forces within the hose balance out except where the nozzle opens to free air, so the only detail that matters is the water leaving the nozzle. - Q: Which part of the pipe does fire hydrant fire pipe mean?
- Never heard of fire pipes"! The fire water supply pipe and riser, ring pipe and branch pipe ground fire hydrant, fire hydrant box plate configuration with gun hose, hose disk and DN25 and DN25 connect the valve. Did you say "fire pipe" means the hose of the DN25?.

- If I am reading this right, it was the food area that caught on fire, not due to a leak in a gas grill line or anything right ? If you answered yes to my question, then Yes you can clean it up try using a oven cleaner then wash it down real good and you should be fine. But if it was a gas grill and a hose or connector caused the fire I would have it checked out to see if it is worth cleaning or more safe to just replace it.
