Q: Water spray and fire hydrant difference in fire fighting engineering
Landlord has the time to ask such silly questions online, or calm down to read the book carefully.Network can give you knowledge, but the system, the basic knowledge or to rely on their own serious study, there is no shortcut.
Q: what mosaic tile color is apropriate with a paint color?

Q: question for 45 auto: where is my fire wall and where are the two hoses that i have to disconnect? what do you mean flush back and forth? How do i know im flushing it into the engine and how do i flush my engine?.
Summer is when I usually get my hair cut, but then I look really skinny. In winter there's alot of snow and sometimes it's hard to find food to eat. But I do like the snow.
Q: where do the instructors usually put the fire blankets beside the windows, or near the eye wash station on the shelf im taking a safety quiz, and i have no idea where it would be so maby someone here has taken the class and knew where their instructors put it?
Fires do happen in hangars so it would be a good idea. Legally required? Where are you located?
Q: I have had the intro to sweet child o' mine for my alarm clock for over a year now and almost every morning I wake up to it. I never thought anything about it until recently I was going through a list of my music and when that song came on, I'm not sure, but I think I felt scared or something familiar. Does this seem right? I love this song, especially the intro, that's why I had it as my alarm in the first case. Should I change my alarm or am I just imagining this?
Based on your description we can eliminate the following: B - a fire extinguisher would likely be useless against a major fire. (Not to mention that during an actual fire is not the time to start trying to locate the fire extinguiser, you should already know where it is!) E - what difference does it make to you what kind of fire it is? It's major - that's good enough reason to split. Sure, it makes a difference to the fire department but that's not you, so let it go. C - the electricity shut off is probably located in the basement - where the fire is! D. the fire alarm has already been raised so calling the fire department again is only wasting precious time you could spend EVACUATING THE BUILDING!! so the correct answer is A
Q: I live in south texas, and I'd like to get a pair of SAP gloves to carry in my pocket as a safety precaution as some of the neighborhoods aren't all the great. Are they legal to carry and use in texas as long as its in self defense? I just want to make sure before I buy a pair and find out the hard way that they aren't legal in Texas. I couldn't find any information online about them being legal or illegal in Texas. Also how about in mexico? would they be legal in mexico as I may travel there and I don't want to get mugged or anything. Thanks in advance
use the range equation (your text should have a derivation of this): Rv0^2 sin(2 theta)/g you are given that v06.8m/s, and g9.8m/s/s if we want R2 m, solve for sin(2 theta) sin(2 theta)g R/v0^2 9.8m/s/s x 2 m/(6.8m/s)^2 sin(2 theta) 0.42 2 theta arc sin(0.42) 25 deg theta 12.5 deg the other angle is 90-12.5 deg 77.5 deg
Q: My electric blanket is old. Should I upgrade to queen size?
Gary Webb and other investigative journalists could be seen as heroes. This guy is a POS.
Q: let us say that we are in chemistry class and we are dealing with lead. what safety equipment must be on before dealing with the lead to avoid lead poisning or anything else that is dangerous about lead. also where would i get the things need to protect against the lead if any.
if there is a highest point, you place it there if the highest point is along a line, you place one at each end if the highest point is on a plane you place one at each corner. If the top surface is round like a tower, you RAISE a lightning rod from the center on a small pylon
Q: our house is 100% electric, so my thought is that you do not need a carbon monoxide detector because this poisionous gas comes from malfunctioning gas equipment. we live in Arizona and all the houses around us have no gas lines either, so do we need a co detector?
It's too bad you don't have access to an acetylene torch as that is probably the best way (maybe you can rent one). There is a penetrating spray called PB blaster which I have used with limited success. You might try some kind of a heavy duty mechanical puller. Otherwise if you haven't installed it yet you can try taking it to a machine shop, but will be costly.
Q: Do you feel:1 Great! That's more hygienic.2 Your doctor doesn't want physical contact with you b/c they think you're gross/infectious/really ill.
If there are several leaks, you probably had a bad freeze, and ice in the pipes caused splits along the sides of pipes. If poorly sweated at initial linstallation, you also could have faliure at joints. If the problems are few, repairing the problems one by one will be thriftiest and will probably hold a long time, but if there's an epidemic, it may best to replumb. PEX is expensive,if you buy quality, but it it will swell when frozen, then regain it's original shape at thaw, without any damage. Don't let somebody sell you cheap plastic plumbing, though, this isn't a place to economize. With PEX (plastic extrusion), you must be careful that the plumber uses quality fittings and installs them properly. I like WIRSBO brand it's been used in Northern Europe for decades, and it's the best I know of. If you patch (or replace using copper again) you must then find a way to insulate the crawl space or attic where the leaks are otherwise you'll play this same game again at the next hard freeze. If you use PEX, you'll be immune to freezes. It's not true that PEX is cheaper, and to declare that the plumber you're talking to is incompetent or dishonest is a global statement without justification.
