- Q: what is the difference between a basking light and a uvb tube light and do you need both
- Yes you need both, a UV light helps to keep their shell hard, and is a general substitute for the sunlight on dark days, and a basking light (heat lamp) is for just keeping them warm so they dont get cold and die.

- Q: I would like to install pull chain lights in my cellar that work independently of each other. How do I wire a string of these lights on a single wire. Do I need to use 3-wire to the first light followed by 2-wire between the 1st and 2nd lights so there is a separate hot going to each light?Thank You
- Pull chain (keyed) lights only require a constant power source since the switch is built into the light. You can run 2-wire cable from any power source to the lights. If you want independent remote switch control for keyless (no pull chain) lights, then you need a switch leg for each light you want to control. If you have 2 lights, you can run 2-wire from a power source to the switch control, 3-wire from the switches to the first light, and 2-wire from the first to second light. The red conductor of the 3-wire would be the switch leg for the first light, and the black conductor (which would just be tied through at the first light) would control the second light.

- you will need a flash light bulb attach one end of the metal strip to the neg teminal of the battery and the other end to threaded base of the bulb. attach one end of the 2nd metal strip to the neg teminal of the battery. when you touch the other end of the 2nd metal strip to the base of the bulb, the bulb should light I would use Aluminum foil strips. since most flashlights use 2 batteries, you may need to tape 2 batteries together. make sure the + terminal of 1 battery is touching the - terminal of the 2nd battery
- Q: after checking all fuses & relays no dome lights when opening doors and switch2000 dodge caravan?
- Check your brake lights,I know that sounds weird but mopars are set up so that the interior lights will malfunction if you have a brake lamp out. ok then you will have to start checking the interior lights for bad grounds first .Then check the feed + circuit with a 12v test light from the bulbs back to the fuse untill you find the test light lit, thus you will isolate the problem.

- Light has momentum and can knock a physical object ( electron ) from its orbit. It contains energy which you can feel when subjected to a beam of light. Which makes it definitely a tangible real thing. But is it a substance? That is different. You cannot fit a lump of light into a bottle and claim I have a bottle full of compressed light. If you stop light it ceases to have any existence. Hence it cannot be matter and from that presumably you could never call it a substance. Note that whether or not black holes can interact with light is not relevant to the question.
- Q: Light photography such as light trails, light art, etc. Wideangle or telephoto?
- This would depend on the intensity of the light you're trying to capture in trails, how close you can position yourself to the action and how you want to compose your shot. Assuming the source isn't too faint then almost any lens will work as long as you use a suitable aperture setting and long enough shutter speed. With each lens it will take some experimentation at different camera settings to find the ideal recipe for producing the best light trail images.
- Q: If I remember correctly the spacetime vacuum can bend Light. I think it was because it has no mass or something. Can someone explain? I know its in Einstein's theory I just wanna know how it bends light.
- light curves when it passes from one material to another material that is more or less dense. such as if light passes from the air into water. when it hits the water, the light slows down because the water is more dense and slows down. so the light that is outside the air is traveling faster than the light that is traveling in the water and you see a curve of the light.
